Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Text messages and emails were great with all the information needed for directions to place, check in and information about the place. The location of rental was perfect to easily get around. We rented a car because we had lots we wanted to see and do. However, it would be a short Uber ride to Broadway. The unit was great so clean and cute. It had everything we needed. Cute courtyard in the middle with all the units around. Not too many units around so that was great. Parking in back was great and so convenient. We would stay here again and highly recommend this unit for families or friend groups because there was plenty of room!!

Had a 4 night stay in Magnolia 10. It’s a lovely condo. Very comfortable for a girls weekend in Nashville. We walked to and from Broadway numerous times. There’s a Mexican restaurant, coffee, shops, a little bistro Café and the Germantown pub all in very close proximity to this condo. Highly recommend.

We stayed in Magnolia for a quick 2 night get away for 2 families. The condo location was perfect for what we needed, close enough to walk to restaurants and even Broadway during the day hours, easy to Uber at night.The description is very accurate, the complex is adorable, the condo itself was clean, everything functioned as promised, plenty of space for 10-12 people. The living area was nice and open for games, cooking, etc.We highly recommend this spot and imagine all the units within the complex would be great choices!!Communication wise, we got everything we needed over text, had no problems so no experience with needing help, but appreciated the few check ins from the host just to be sure we were happy.Overall, we had a great experience!
