    Gather in style at this spacious 4BR/3BA Nashville retreat with a large private balcony and bright, Scandinavian-inspired design. Sleeping is easy with three king bedrooms, a fourth bedroom with side-by-side queens, plus a queen Murphy bed in a separate room. With its elegant and elevated design, this condo is Family- and group-friendly, ideal for reunions, celebrations, or Music City Center stays, with hotel-level cleanliness and quick access to tons of dining, universities, and nightlife.



    The Space:

    This large, thoughtfully designed home is built for groups who want room to spread out without sacrificing style. The floor plan includes four true bedrooms and three full bathrooms: three bedrooms each feature a comfortable king bed, while the fourth bedroom offers two queen beds set side by side, perfect for friends or family who want to stay close but still have their own space. An additional queen Murphy bed in the common area adds even more flexibility, when your headcount shifts or an extra guest joins the trip.



    The main living area brings everyone together with a relaxed seating zone and smart TV, while the adjacent kitchen is stocked for simple cooking, snacks, and morning coffee before you head out for the day. A large dining table anchors the space and makes it easy for groups to share meals, celebrate, or spread out laptops and planners. Multiple bathrooms and in-home conveniences help mornings and pre-dinner routines run smoothly, whether you are preparing for a conference, a night on Broadway, or clinic shifts at nearby hospitals.

    Guest Access:

    Check-in is simple with smart locks. Before your arrival, we’ll send detailed instructions with your door codes, directions to the unit, and any access info for shared amenities or parking. Please review these notes ahead of time to ensure a smooth arrival.



    The Neighborhood:

    Pie Town sits on the edge of downtown Nashville, giving you a central location with an urban vibe. From here, you’re just minutes from Broadway’s honky-tonks, Bridgestone Arena, and the Convention Center, with easy access to nearby hotspots like The Gulch, SoBro, and Midtown for dining, cocktails, and live music.



    Guests appreciate the convenience of being close to the action without staying directly on Broadway. Rideshares are fast and frequent, and many downtown attractions are a short drive or quick scooter ride away. It’s an ideal location if you want a refined, comfortable landing spot while making the most of Nashville’s nightlife, events, and entertainment.



    Getting Around:

    Walk, Uber, Lyft, Taxi, Electric Scooter Rental.



    Rental Scooters often sit outside of the building so you can catch a quick ride to everything downtown.



    Uber & Lyft are readily available at this location and only $7-15! We recommend catching a ride at nighttime for the safest mode of transportation in the city!



    Parking: Free secured parking garage located on the upper level for guests & owners (20-30 spaces, first come/first served). If the upper level parking garage is full, guests will need to wait on a space to come available or pay to park in the lower parking garage. In addition, there is an on-site paid public parking garage on the lower level if upper level parking garage is full. Free street parking (first come/first served), as well. EV is available in both garages for an additional fee.



    Other Things to Note:

    ★Parking at Hyve★

    One secured parking space may be available in the private upper-level garage on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not guaranteed. Guests may park only in unreserved open spaces; spaces marked “Reserved” are for the assigned unit only. Garage access requires the Latch app, and the tiled panda artwork at the garage entrance confirms you are in the correct garage.



    Please note that the private garage has a narrow exit, so SUVs or larger vehicles may be more comfortable using the public garage.



    If the private garage is full or you have more than one vehicle, paid public parking is available in the lower garage at the bottom of the hill. Guests are responsible for all parking fees and fines. The standard rate is $40/day, and Hyve guests may receive 50% off using the QR code in the elevators or at the concierge desk.



    EV chargers are available in both garages for an additional fee. Towing is strictly enforced, so please park only in designated spaces.



    ★Urban Location, Trains & Soundproofing★

    Hyve is located in an active urban corridor between Downtown and The Gulch. Freight trains run directly behind the rear side of the building and may be heard during your stay. Units are soundproofed with triple-glazed windows to help reduce outside noise. For added comfort, sound machines and/or earplugs are provided.



    Hyve is also on the same block as a local Christian rescue mission that serves homeless neighbors in need, so guests may notice typical city activity and foot traffic from people accessing nearby services. The building itself is secure-access, but the surrounding area is lively and mixed-use rather than a quiet suburban setting.



    ★Building Security & Access ★

    Hyve is a secure-access building with controlled entry points and onsite overnight security. Common areas and hallways are monitored by security cameras, and guests access the property via digital access codes.



    ★Luggage Drop-off ★

    Complimentary luggage storage is available with the Hyve concierge in the lobby from 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, seven days a week. Pickup must occur before 5:30 PM. Service is first-come, first-served.



    ★Amenities & Building Facilities★

    Guests have access to the building’s shared amenities and common areas. While we promptly notify the HOA or building management of any issues, we do not control the cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability of these shared spaces and cannot guarantee specific amenities will be available at all times.



    ★Smoke-Free Home & Community★

    In accordance with building rules, smoking is not permitted inside the unit or any common areas. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to fines or removal per HOA regulations.



    ★Supplies & Essentials★

    We provide a generous starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, toilet paper (at least two rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. If you run out during your stay or require more than what is provided, you are welcome to purchase additional items as needed.



    ★Families & Baby Gear★

    Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play and baby gate (in homes with stairs) available upon request, subject to availability. Please message your host in advance if you would like a baby package prepared for your stay.



    ★Maintenance & Repairs★

    Each property is thoroughly inspected before arrival to ensure systems and appliances are functioning properly. If you experience any maintenance issue during your stay, please contact your host as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve it promptly; however, repair timelines may depend on vendor and contractor availability.



    ★Trash, Recycling & Cardboard★

    A trash chute is located to the left of the elevators on every level; all trash must be bagged and securely tied before using the chute. Cardboard boxes and larger items should not go down the chute, please break them down and dispose of them in the designated dumpsters in the lower-level garage bins.

    We prioritize seamless, responsive communication throughout your stay. The best way to reach our team is through your booking platform, where messages are monitored and responded to promptly.

Perfect stay for our group!

The condo was beautiful and very clean! The set up of the rooms and bathrooms were perfect for our three couples visiting Nashville. It was well located- we could take a short walk or a short Uber ride to everything we wanted to do! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Nashville

Beautiful place to stay, very clean and spacious, front desk/security staff on property were very nice and friendly, felt safe in neighborhood, $7-$8 Uber rides to bars, restaurants and Nissan Stadium (or you can walk there if you wanted).

My party of five stayed there to celebrate a birthday. It was a beautiful home with the perfect amount of space for all of us. The place was stocked with all the amenities anyone would need. I would definitely rent here again and highly recommend!

Family Stay

First time in Nashville and we had a blast. Place was clean and hosts very responsive. The rescue mission was close by and we were warned by uber driver of the homeless and to be careful not to walk alone, but we felt very safe.

Property was good, secure, quick ride to Broadway, plenty of room plenty of beds and bathrooms. We gathered in LR and Balcony before leaving to see the town.everyone had their own room and bathroom. We all went to bed and ya' never really heard anyone . Great separation . Would love to stay near early summer time to enjoy pool.

Great Experience

The condo was represented perfectly in the VRBO post. It was clean and comfortable. We had 8 adults who all felt they had their space and privacy. The location is walkable to Broadway if you choose. The neighborhood has homeless around it and The Mission shelter nearby, but we had no issues. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Communication with management prior to our stay was excellent!

Friends Vacation

We were a group of 4 couples celebrating friendship and retirement. The property was exactly like the pictures. Easy walking distance to downtown. We weren't sure about the neighborhood at first but no issues at all. Communication before and during the stay was fantastic. Everyone could not have been any nicer and the recommendations for everything from a ride with TJ (who was fantastic) to where to grab a quick sandwich was spot on. Thanks for having us

Perfect for our Dad's 70th birthday trip

This rental is really perfect if you are looking for enough space for a big group. Me and my siblings plus spouses took our dad to Nashville for his 70th so there were the perfect amount of rooms, beds and large living and kitchen. We did come across a few things we needed help with to fix and we go immediate responses and help, it was great. The location is really great for getting to all the buzz of Broadway. We ubered a few times but loved taking the scooters even more. I recommend!!
