Welcome to the Conway Buyout! Located in downtown Nashville, this buyout includes a 1-bedroom unit and a 4-bedroom unit that sleep a total of 14 guests.

We strive to ensure each guest's experience is exceptional. Please note that while the apartment you receive will meet our high standards of comfort and quality, there may be slight variations in layout and design from the images on the listing. Rest assured, your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to make your stay memorable.

There’s a reason Nashville, TN has become one of the country’s most loved southern cities. With its vibrant nightlife, country music scene, and incredible food, “Nashvegas” is a top destination for people simply looking to have a good time- which means lots of drinking and eating. Visitors flock to Broadway, a street lined with multi-level bars playing live music and serving bbq. You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you’re more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville.

Nearby attractions: Broadway, Nashville Farmer’s Market, Ryman Auditorium, Honky Tonk, Bridgestone Arena, Centennial Park, Monell’s (Southern), Rolf and Daughters (Italian), Henrietta Red (Seafood), O-ku (Sushi).

Home Truths:
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count per unit. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- There are three flights of stairs across both units in total and steps leading up to the common door.

Parking Details:
- Parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking can be found along the street, as well as the parking lot in the interior of the building.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Clean property, nice to have laundry onsite. It is not the best neighborhood. Outdoor patio was nice. No batteries in remotes. Overall, we were happy with our experience.

The condos were clean and sufficient for the 5 couples who stayed. We did have an issue with towels, but we searched through all of the bathrooms and were able to find enough for our stay. When we were laundering the sheets prior to leaving, we found a load of wet towels in the dryer, which cleared up the confusion. Simple mistake.Also, the pictures and description of this particular condo did not show a set of bunk beds. Had this been accurate we wouldn't have booked this particular 5-bedroom for 5 couples, forcing one couple into bunk beds. This is a good location with a Kroger and Walgreens within walking distance. Uber rides to Broadway ranged from 8.00 - 14.00.

Property Manager was very accommodating to our needs and requests. The double dishwashers in kitchen was a big help with such a large group. We all enjoyed our stay.

The place is perfect for a group! Lots of private space but tons of room to gather as well! Kitchen is very well appointed and the balcony was a perfect place to chill in evening after Broadway!!
