Full kitchen with appliances, dishware, and coffee. Dining table that seats 6. Outside patio area with seating for 2, washer & dryer in unit and so much more!

    This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo. It is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of Nashville's vibrant history, entertainment + local attractions! Located walking distance to the famous Music Row, Hillsborough Village, Belmont University and Vanderbilt University. Only a short Uber drive to the main bar area on Broadway. Comes with FREE Parking and has a washer/dryer right in the condo unit.

    Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed + Queen Blowup Mattress. Connected Full Bathroom with a bathtub. Closet to store your items in.

    Bedroom 2: Queen Bed. Connected Full Bathroom with a bathtub. Closet to store your clothes in.

    Common Area: Queen Sleeper Sofa, Smart TV with YouTube TV for cable and all the apps you could want. Dining table with seating for 6.

    The kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW appliances & is stocked with the essentials for cooking. Washer & Dryer in one of the hallway closets. The living room has a very cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows. The condo has YouTube TV with all your favorite TV networks plus high-speed WiFi.

    The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide all of the essentials.

    ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know! Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the dumpster. $125 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.

    Located right next to the famous Music Row, Hillsborough Village, Vanderbilt University and Belmont University! Walking distance to shopping, bars, live music and restaurants. Close to recording studios, labels, publishers - you never know you may see walking around the area. Very safe area! Less than 2.5 miles to the main bar area on Broadway.

    No car is needed as the condo is located in a very walkable area and there are plenty of Ubers, Lyfts and Taxis to help you get around. If you choose to bring a car through, the condo rental comes with free parking.

Condo was very clean and well decorated. Host was very informative and we received check-in/out instructions well in advance which was very helpful. Parking was easy and we enjoyed our stay. Would love to book again next time we come through Nashville.

The apartment is very beautiful and clean. The beds are comfortable and the corner balcony is great to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning. It is in a great location to visit restaurants or shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing condo right next to Belmont and walkable distance to nearby sights. Condo was clean and staging was very pretty. Never had an issue with the dedicated parking, even with a large vehicle. Host provided information well before check in and was very prompt in responding to questions. I would highly recommend this property and host!

Recently stayed at this property for a couples trip. Perfect spot for 2 couples as each have their own room and full bathroom. Great location off strip, cheap uber to broadway. Clean and safe neighborhood. Walkable to Vanderbilt and music row. Unit had all the amenities you need. Check in was easy, and host communicated with us throughout our stay. Gladly stay here again.

Thanksgiving with our Belmont Student

We had a lovely stay for Thanksgiving. The condo is close to Belmont University and many fun restaurants and coffee shops. We picked up our Thanksgiving meal at Whole Foods and enjoyed a warm holiday together. It was a very nice stay.

Great stay!

Condo is located in a great area near Vanderbilt and Belmont universities. Lots of dining available within 10 min walk. Short drive to all the downtown entertainment. We would stay here again.
