Comfy and cozy can be cool and artistic! This fully and newly renovated space is the perfect get-away space. Its peaceful, creative, clean, and artistic. Walking distance from some of the best of what Nashville has to offer (12th South, Melrose, Downtown, Belmont, Vandy, etc) and a ($6) inexpensive Lyft or Uber ride to the rest of the best!

The space
If you are celebrating a special occasion please let us know! We will be happy to provide our concierge services to make your trip even extra special and super easy! We can provide grocery shopping and pantry stocking for you before you and your guests arrive, bottles of wine, champagne, liquor, flowers, balloons, cards, party decor etc.- you name it, we can provide it for you!

Our second and top floor studio has everything you will need for a fun and convenient vacation or staycation!

Brand new washer and dryer, plus a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to feel right at home. That experience is important to us, and it shows in our 4,000+ amazing reviews across our properties.

Extremely comfortable queen size bed and a couch that folds out to a full size bed. Plush mattress toppers and blankets could keep you in bed all day.

The bathroom! Large walk-in shower with mood lighting. The floor is heated so no cold feet in this unit. Sliding barn door exposes the washer and dryer.

The Pool: We have a fantastic pool. Unfortunately, the pool is only open for your enjoyment late-Spring though late-Summer. It typically closes around Labor Day...and is sometimes open later in the year if the weather is nice!

Guest access
There is plenty of free parking and a very nice pool area. Private entry to the unit with keypad. Even if it`s chilly it`s the perfect place to have an unobstructed view of the moon and stars.

Check in at 3:00pm and check out is 11:00am
At the front door, enter your unique code on our key-less lock. In the unlikely event that you can`t access the condo, please call and we will assist you.
We are a non-smoking vacation rental and do not allow pets.
House Rules
Pets are not allowed.
Events are not allowed.
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not allowed.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 9 am.
Please remove your trash.
Please treat the condo with respect and kindness.
