The location was fantastic, the space was clean and enough space for my family to spread out and relax. The kitchen was stocked well and the beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautifully decorated, spotless, and offered plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, and even multiple coffee makers plus an electric kettle—which we really appreciated. While we didn’t travel with children, we noticed the thoughtful touches for families such as toys, a baby gate, crib, and pack-and-play. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and the host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. It’s about a 40-minute drive to Nashville, which made it a perfect balance of convenience and peacefulness. Highly recommend this property!

Friends get together!

Met a friend to see the sites in Nashville! We were a little concerned about the drive but it’s a straight shot on the highway and it was actually nice to be in a quiet area! The house was actually a little big for us but was wonderful and had everything you could possibly need. It would be perfect for a family because it had everything for kids especially toys, high chair and crib. Highly recommend this house!!!

Beautiful up to date home

Loved the house as soon as we walked in. Everyone had plenty of space and the porches were very nice for some extra areas for games and just visiting. Bedding was very comfortable and clean. Showers were well stocked and had great water pressure. Only draw back was that the parking was limited. We did notice some mold in ice and water dispenser but host said they would have cleaners look into it. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent

Check in was really easy, everything was clean and orderly. It had great bathrooms, tall ceilings, big windows and off Street parking. The kitchen had utensils, silverware, easy to use dishwasher coffee machine espresso machine teapot hole nine yards. Stove worked dead pots and pans spices in the cabinet easy squeezy lemon peasy. The neighborhood was quiet the air conditioning worked well and there were multiple areas for friends to hang out and gather. Also supplied were reading material playing cards blankets pillows, it was really turnkey great. I would recommend it to anybody and I'm very picky. They also had a washer and dryer for clothes that worked good

Grandson Graduation

Rented the home for the week for our family to attend a grandson’s graduation in town. Enjoyed the spacious living area for visitation & meals with family members, the outside space (porches, screened porch). The parking seemed to be tight & did have issues from neighbors parking in the rear (see photo, that was resolved speaking to the neighbor) &’ants on the counter but it looked like it was an ongoing Mother Nature thing. All in all enjoyed ourselves, perfect location to the events we had to attend & of course the square being so close. Harold Peterson & Family

Very cute house

We went to Murfreesboro for my nieces wedding so 7 of us stayed here it was a very nice spacious house with room for us all, very clean and plenty of the essentials, I would definitely stay here again, close to everything in Murfreesboro

I would stay again

The home is well kept, clean, with a new feel and look. Plenty of space to accommodate my family of 5 (which includes 3 teenage daughters) with bedrooms, bathrooms, and open living space. The parking behind the building is tight, but makes it feel secure and gets you off the street, which I really liked. If you had multiple vehicles, parking could get tricky, depending on the size of the vehicles. We had a full size Suburban and, with only that vehicle, parking was not an issue. If we would have had 2 families with large vehicles, that would have been tough. There is a small parking space on the northeast corner of the house (main space is to the south, which is the rear of the house). A small/mid-sized vehicle would fit there. Since it was just my family and a single vehicle, parking was not an issue at all. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxed. People were out walking and active during the day. Neighbors were friendly. Traffic was very light due to being off any main roads/streets. We would definitely stay here again.

Second visit to this property and just as good as the first!

The house is immaculate. That's really the selling feature for us. The high-end furnishings are appreciated. It has plenty of beds/space for my family and since my 90 year old parents come, having a master bedroom on the 1st floor without steps for them is ideal. Trust me, we will be renting again! Next baseball season. It's been our annual mecca!
