This modern home features 4 levels, a fully stocked kitchen w/ bar seating, a spacious living room, game room, rooftop patio w/ amazing views of Downtown Nashville skyline. We are a short ride to downtown, Broadway, Demonbreun St., Bridgestone Arena, & Nissan Stadium. Early bag drop before check in is available by request.

The space
This home is brand new, newly furnished, four story, four bedroom, 4 bathroom home. Every item in the house is brand new. Views from the rooftop are amazing! Each of the 4 bedrooms features beds ranging from single to king. There are additional sleeping options in the spacious living room.

Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable, and many more amenities are all provided.

We were a party of 8 celebrating our daughter’s 21st birthday. The house was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room for everyone with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen was beautiful and spacious with an enormous island to gather around. The view of downtown from the roof top balconies was an incredible sight. The game room in the garage was an added bonus too. The hosts were quite accommodating and always responded quickly. When we come back to Nashville we would definitely like stay here again!

Amazing Stay in Nashville!We had a fantastic stay at this house in Nashville! Everything was spotless and very clean. The location was perfect—just a short drive to downtown. The host was incredibly accommodating, letting us check in early and check out later, which we really appreciated. The beds were super comfortable, and the whole house felt cozy and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back!

Nashville Family Vacation

Address misleading as to actual arrival to unit. Around the block a time or two before figuring access was from an alley. GPS never got it. Loved the rooftop experience. We all would try it again.

Fabulous!

Beautiful interior and both rooftop patios had amazing views of downtown Nashville! Saw the best firework show ever on the 4th! Be prepared for lots of steps...58, to be exact, from the bottom floor to the top (not including the spiral staircase leading to one of the rooftops). Just bring your clothes...everything else is provided! Very clean! Loved the game room too! Host was very friendly, accommodating, and prompt!

Quiet Neighborhood

Even with a bachelorette group next door, these condos are quiet and relaxing. We would have throughly enjoyed the rooftop area, if we would have had better weather. The manager replied very promptly with all communication. When we come back to Nashville, we will insure our dates allow us to stay here again!

Short Break!

Annual trip to Nashville. House was great and well kept. We've been staying in the same neighborhood the last three trips. We feel very safe there. Uber Drivers are well aware of the neighborhood. There are many new homes around. Very easy for pickups and drop offs. I highly recommend this property!
