Nestled on the second floor and located just steps from the fitness center and pool, this beautifully designed retreat blends modern comfort with classic Music City charm. It’s great for 2 couples since the bedrooms and bathrooms are on separate ends of the condo!

The walls of the condo tell their own Nashville story—featuring canvas prints of beloved cowboy boots worn by my daughters, sisters, and me, and a special print of one of my mom’s guitars. She’s a musician who introduced me to this city, and her spirit echoes throughout the space. You’ll also notice a collection of mixed tiles showcasing iconic Nashville attractions—copies of postcards we once sent my parents during trips to this city we love. These personal pieces bring a sense of history, connection, and character to every corner of the condo.

Comfort and sophistication are combined in this 2023 constructed condo with tasteful Music City accents for a classy and comfortable stay. The contemporary, tastefully organized furniture in the lounge radiates warmth and fosters a friendly atmosphere. Savor a morning coffee while you unwind on the private balcony and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
This home away from home will provide you and your guests with everything you need to ensure your stay is enjoyable and easy.
- 10’ ceilings, hardwood floors throughout - quartz countertops and an island with seating - stainless steel appliances (including ice maker) - in-unit washer/dryer - a Cuisinart coffee maker with supplies - free Wi-fi access - kitchen/bathroom essentials (liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, basic cleaning supplies, tissue, etc.).

This well-equipped kitchen blends style and functionality with sleek gray cabinets offering ample storage, stainless-steel appliances for modern efficiency, and a minimalist breakfast bar—perfect for a quick bite or your morning coffee. Thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, it’s designed to make cooking easy and enjoyable.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Step into the lavish primary bedroom, which boasts a King bed, smart TV, a big walk-in closet, and an exquisite ensuite bathroom, creating an atmosphere fit for royalty. The second bedroom provides a comfortable retreat, featuring another King bed, smart TV, a handy walk-in jack-and-jill closet with a vanity area and a luxurious full bathroom. 2 additional twin XL cots (with bedding) are also available for additional sleeping options.
The Odyssey building accommodations and amenities:
As a guest of the Odyssey, you'll enjoy exclusive access to a range of upscale amenities designed to enhance your stay. Enjoy the sparkling, resort-style pool, complete with sun loungers and a BBQ grill, perfect for soaking up the sun or hosting a casual outdoor meal. *Please note: The pool is open year-round but may close due to extreme weather. Hours of operation are from 8 AM to 8 PM.
Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the state-of-the-art gym, equipped with everything you need to keep up your workout routine. The fitness center is available 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Parking:
We are pleased to offer you one unassigned free parking space in our covered parking garage per reservation which is next door to our building accessible through the sidewalk between the garage and building. Parking is available on a first-come first-served basis in the unmarked parking spaces. Entrance to the parking garage can be accessed at the south end of the building off Avoca Street.
Free parking can also be found on the adjacent streets.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire space, including access to the community pool and fitness center.
Interaction with Guests:
We do not live on-site and are located in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. This places us one hour ahead of Nashville, which is on Central Standard Time (CST). We will do our best to respond to any inquiries ASAP.

The attention to detail in Boots & Strings has compelled us to take more time than we would ordinarily take to give a review. So impressed we wanted to take time to point out the unparalleled effort from Boots & Strings over any Stay we have ever encountered over the many years with VRBO. Immaculate is an understatement, the whole unit presents itself as if you are the first to use anything in the entire place. The design is out of Better Homes, The appliances look as though they’ve never been used, beds are extravagantly plush, bathrooms of a Kimpton hotel, Three state of the art oversized TV’s and easy to bring your apps to, though most were already available. Conveniently directly 4 ft to the gym across the hall. Fully stocked Coffee and Tea world. An over abundance of bath and pool towels folded as if they’ve been presented for a photo shoot. Anybody who would want to get into this business need look no further than Boots & Strings to do it right the first time. The detail to theme and the extra effort to match from art on the walls to tailor made B & S placard displays and a thorough book in detail of everything you would ever need to know about the place. Three cheers to your exquisite jewel, located close to anything you would ever need including several wonderful live music venues just blocks away.A serious 11 if that was possible, we will never say anywhere else. This place was perfect for our weekend getaway for four! Close enough to Broadway to take in the action while also being just far enough to be able to enjoy the quiet and relax. The unit was exactly as pictured and had all the little things you needed for your stay. Maria was an excellent host - communicated very well and always responded timely. We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip to Nashville!

This was the most beautiful rental we stayed in years! Stunning property! Impeccably decorated. The best mattress I've ever slept on. Took a picture so I can order one for our home. The attention to detail was unmatched, better than my own home and I am ocd. We certainly hope we can use this property for all of our monthly visits to Nashville!

Summer Trip
End of trip with my husband and son and the accommodations were all that we needed. Living space was accommodating. We were right next to the workout room and the pool, which was very convenient. Enjoyed the scenery and the condo was just about near everything. Very close to Broadway and Centennial Park. Not too far from the zoo and the Opry.The host was available and the communication was great. She made sure that I had all of the information when it came to check in and check out. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for being a great host.If I ever make my way back out to Nashville, I would definitely look this place up.
