Music Row Condo -Guitar Shaped Pool

  • Recently-renovated, one bedroom condo close to downtown (Broadway), within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. Decorated with country music memorabilia, all new furnishings as of June 2017. Comfortable king-size bed and very comfortable state-of-the-art queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress.Very well stocked with dishes, cookware, linens. Fast, secure internet. Large shower. Washer/dryer. Pack and Play for little ones. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer and linens provided. The short term rental permit is: T2020033729.



    We are located on the fourth floor of the historic Spence Manor building, which was originally built as a five-star hotel for Elvis to stay when he recorded at the historic RCA Studio B. Other notables who stayed at Spence Manor include The Beatles, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, and many more. The building has been converted into individually-owned condos. The location is very convenient to downtown, where country music reigns, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, and The Gulch. Broadway and its many honky-tonks, is located about a mile away, a $5-6 Uber ride, usually. Many record labels and publishing companies are located within the block. We have been in the short-term rental business since the 1990's and pride ourselves on the cleanliness and comfort that our rentals provide for our guests.

The unit was comfortable and well stocked with the essentials. The host responded promptly to all questions. The keypads on doors and not having to deal with keys was freeing. Location was great. We walked to French Pastry shop, restaurant in Virgin Hotel and various other spots. Pool was great!

This place was immaculate, very clean. It was a tiny apartment. I originally booked this because of the location and the pool. When we got there it was so homey that we really didn’t want to go out and do a lot. We did check out the pool though, and it is amazing. Water temperature was perfect and the deck surrounding the pool was very spacious. Carlos was such a great host. Communication was completely open. I message and right away he responds. Everything you would need to stay for a few days or even longer is where you want to stay. Within walking distance of some cute restaurants and an amazing coffee shop. The only thing that was annoying to me was the parking lot. Others park there and don’t park correctly or take up 2 spots and it messes up the whole lot. Other than the parking, this place gets above 5 ⭐️’s from us. I will definitely stay here again if I get the opportunity to come back to Nashville. Carlos you are a great host!!!!! Thanks again 😊

Great location and spacious place

The condo was spacious for two of us for the weekend. It was so close to downtown that we never used Uber. It enabled us have a very enjoyable time.

This apartment is perfect. My husband and I stayed here when we recently visited Nashville, it is 1 mile from downtown. The apartment is spotless and has everything you need, would highly recommend!

Beautiful home away from home

We stayed for a week and had an amazing time. The condo was a short distance from Broadway in a lovely quiet neighborhood whilst still being very close to bars/ places to eat. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. Every aspect of our stay was perfect and we would love to stay here again when we return to Nashville.

Great stay for our getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! The owners provided us all of the details for our stay in advance. The place was fully furnished. We loved the country music decor throughout. Really made us feel like we are in Music City!

I highly recommend staying here. It was a very beautiful and quiet area. Bars and restaurants are walkable distance. The property inside was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Parking was amazing. Downtown is a 5 minute drive.

Fun trip for my 40th birthday!

The location was perfect! Very close to Live Oak which was where a band we knew from home was playing! Scooters available close by to get further, but easy walk to Broadway too. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

All was excellent!

The unit is wonderful! It was extremely clean and had everything that we needed. The neighborhood was great, wonderful location, easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Communication was excellent as well. Would return and recommend to all.
