Modern house—A perfect home away from home

Use this quaint, welcoming spot in the heart of East Nashville as your home base for exploring the city. My goal is for your stay to be a relaxing home away from home.

You'll have the entire first floor to yourself. Just know I live on the second floor (with a separate entrance). The main shared areas are the driveway and backyard.

DRIVEWAY

The two driveway spaces in front of the house are for you.

BACKYARD

We both access our floors through the backyard so we'll see each other occasionally as we're coming and going.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Coming from Michigan, we were looking for a local place, that was within minutes of downtown. It was clean, everything was labeled clearly, and there was no clutter. Perfect location for a quiet stay within 10 minutes of downtown. Alex was also the perfect host!

The house had exactly what we needed. It was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable! There was a grocery store right down the street. It was close to everywhere we went. We did UBER everywhere and fees were reasonable. We would definitely stay here again!

Alex was great with communication and made the process and everything in between seamless. His home is very inviting and simply an amazing place to stay - we truly felt like we were in a home away from home. Perfect amount of space throughout and decor and furniture were modern and updated, The condition of the home was excellent, and he has everything there you could need including items if you had a baby or small children. Although the weather didn't allow for having coffee outside, the swing and seating area on the porch and also on the back patio were inviting and I cannot wait to go back in warmer weather. Location was convenient to where I needed and wanted to be in between downtown and west Nashville. Thank you so much, Alex, for being so great!

This place is very quaint. We loved it. It's in a quiet neighborhood. It's clean and cozy. It was a nice escape from exploring the tourist-y things in Nashville. I booked this place last minute before Christmas and it was no big deal to Alex. He still welcomed us. I appreciated that. Very nice place to stay.

A very pleasant and super-comfy stay with the loveliest host! Alex’s place was perfect for the two of us (3 nights); conveniently located house is beautifully done w/great variety of spaces to hang in (front porch, covered back patio/deck, living room & good sized kitchen table for remote working. His neighborhood is really lovely and perfect for walking. Trees were in full autumn color on our visit! Alex is the ideal host – Living on site he’s quick to respond, super helpful, thoughtful, and friendly. Thanks, Alex!

We loved this rental! Quiet, clean, nicely decorated and furnished place. Easy access. Ample parking in front of home. Comfortable beds with nice linens, Excellent air conditioning (which we appreciated on some of the hot fall days). The host lives upstairs but we did not see or hear him during the stay. So our space felt private. Communication with him through the app was easy however. As some have mentioned, the porch was a great place to relax with a glass of wine after a busy day of sightseeing and before we headed out to our scheduled music events. I also really liked this neighborhood. Close to a Kroger’s for groceries, also close to restaurants. Highly recommend the Urban Cowboy nearby. Great pizza, live music and cocktails with a lovely patio. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location! A quiet getaway after spending the day in the busyness of downtown. Alex is a great host and very responsive. The front porch swing was awesome! We would stay there again if coming back to Nashville. And for an added bonus, this location is only a few minutes away from one of our favorite breakfast restaurants, Snooze!

We were in town for an overnight stay to go to a show and see downtown. This house was perfect for location and the owner was awesome! Beautiful rental. It was just perfect! Great Home!

The place was great! Many online bnb rentals are not comfortable to lounge around in, but that is not the case here! The home is very well kept, with comfortable furniture, and very clean. The host was very responsive and greeted us one morning when we crossed paths outside. He was very polite. The area is great with many restaurants, grocery, etc nearby. I highly recommend this home.
