Our neighborhood is very safe and charming with many beloved spots in this flourishing local area of East Nashville. The airport is only about 15 minutes away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available if you choose not to bring a car. This condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer!

Spring break

Clean 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that provided exactly the space and privacy we all wanted. Great mattresses. Appreciated having a table and chairs for games. Kitchen has everything we needed/wanted except a toaster. Good location - 10 minute drive to downtown Nashville.

Great Girls Getaway!

This was the perfect setting for our Girls Getaway Weekend to Nashville. My friend and I spent 3 nights at this location, which was a 10-15 minute Uber ride to most of the sites we wanted to see. Communication with Jen was fantastic and the check-in process was a smooth one. We appreciated each having our own bedroom and bathroom for the visit. Be sure to go to All People Coffee across the street where we enjoyed delicious coffee, tea and bagel sandwiches!

Girls Trip to Nashville!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo and would recommend it to anyone we know traveling to Nashville. We were a short drive to Broadway, great food and all the attractions. The space was wonderful - bright, spacious, clean, fully stocked. The neighborhood was charming, quiet and safe. We’ll be back!! Thank you to our amazing hosts!!

Great stay!

We had a great stay here; super easy check in and out; very clean apartment; manager was easy to contact and very responsive. There are a few minor things that could’ve really blown it out of the water — all the doors squeak (making it hard not to wake everyone up), the beds were uncomfortable, and there was only 1 tv (first world problems). Super easy to get downtown (we were here for a football game). And the coffee shop across the street was a definite bonus!
