Please note that this is a city condo and Nashville is growing quickly! There may be some construction noise around the area. Also, there is an active train line next door that does make noise when passing. It's fun to watch and we do provide sound machines for light sleepers. The 2nd bedroom is a small nook area, but does have its own cool barn door to close off the room!

We do not host locals, which includes anyone with a local phone number.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!
