All of our properties are professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathrooms, as well as extra blankets & pillows around the home. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

Fantastic stay

My family and friends had a wonderful time staying at the property. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. Everyone was able to have their own separate space, but also felt comfortable and relaxed in the common areas. The location was very convenient and allowed us to easily see the area. Fantastic and very responsive hosts as well.

Great getaway to Nashville

Great place to stay for our Nashville getaway with the grandchildren. Close to Music Row, Vandy Broadway, etc. Plenty of room for everyone, well equipped, with three levels feels like everyone has a place to get away or gather together.

Five old friends enjoyed this property for 4 nights. The property is very nice. It can easily sleep 8 without sharing beds - more if there are couples. Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful roof top patio. About a 15 minute walk to The Gulch (food and shopping) - easy 10 minute Uber to Broadway area. All the amenities you need (parking, washer/dryer etc). Note: not a negative but an FYI - there are stairs. Lacey was great at getting back to us with any questions. Our group of ladies were very comfortable in this great apartment - we highly recommend it

This home was EVERYTHING we wanted and more we didn’t know we needed!! Plenty of space, great location, comfortable beds, couches, etc., cute photo ops everywhere from the neon sign to the rooftop to the oversized bathroom mirror. We will definitely be back.

Lovely home. Rooftop patio very nice if other rooftops vacant (very close to others). Lots of stairs but fine if no mobility issues. Multiple bathrooms made it nice for several couples. Not walkable to Gulch attractions but inexpensive to ride share as not very far to there or Broadway. Decorated nicely & we were very comfortable there. .

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything you need and nice location easy drive downtown. A long time friend and I took her 83 year old mother, and my 80 year old aunt for her birthday. They loved the rooftop deck and didn’t mind the stairs. Great place.

Highly Recommend

The property was very clean, in a great location, and the communication with the host was very easy. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend if you are visiting the Nashville area this is the place to stay. Uber to downtown area was $8 and the house had all the extras to make our trip memorable.

Where do I start? This home is beautifully decorated and has every amenity you could want. And the beds are comfortable! The hosts are very accessible and quick to reply to inquiries. Walkable to The Gulch and a short Uber ride to Broadway. The rooftop patio has spectacular views. Highly recommend this home. We are coming back for sure!
