The Neighborhood:
This is one of Nashville's most established and sought-after locations. It is centrally located and tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood just a mile from Broadway -- this is one of the few homes permitted for vacation rental in the area.

The famous Nashville Farmers' Market is just a 2 minute walk from Hope Gardens. Find fresh produce, artisanal food, restaurants, shops, crafts, classes and chef demos at this year-round, indoor and outdoor mercantile!

Adjacent the Farmers' Market, located in the shadow of the Capitol in downtown Nashville, Bicentennial Capitol Mall/Park gives visitors a taste of Tennessee’s history, natural wonders and serves as a lasting monument to Tennessee’s Bicentennial Celebration, which was June 1, 1996. With just a simple walk in the 19-acre park, visitors can experience many facets of Tennessee’s history - including a 200-foot granite map of the state, a World War II Memorial, a 95-Bell Carillon, a Pathway of History and the Rivers of Tennessee Fountains. The 11 planters along the Walkway of Counties show native plant species from different regions of the state. The two page park map is a helpful and informative tool for those wishing to take a self-guided tour of the park.

Adjacent the Bicentennial Park is the First Tennessee Park.

Nashville's new ballpark opened in the spring of 2015 and is located in the city's Germantown neighborhood. The state-of-the-art facility is the official home of the Nashville Sounds Baseball Club, the Triple-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers; but also serves as an events center for concerts, festivals, and various smaller public and private events.

Germantown, across from the Farmers Market, is considered one of Nashville’s hottest areas. Award-winning restaurants, trendy bars, and proximity to downtown make this neighborhood one of Nashville’s most desirable.

Broadway, the Gulch, Vanderbilt, Nissan Stadium….it’s all within 5-10 minutes by Uber!

Getting Around:
As a city, Nashville is not the most walkable, but this home is a rare exception. Many of Germantown’s restaurants are within a 10 minute walk and of course the farmers market is around the corner. Broadway can be reached in 20-30 minutes. Of course, Uber/Lyft are plentiful and very reasonably priced!
