Lovely spacious Guest Suite with Private Entrance!

Enjoy our beautiful Guest Suite on our 8 acre property! Our renovated 1911 home has the perfect guest retreat! There's a private entrance, a spacious room with hardwoods, 12 foot ceilings, lots of windows, a fireplace and a private bath. There's a cozy couch and loveseat, a queen bed, mini fridge /micro and coffee maker! We have a beautiful shared porch to view the country setting. We are 5 miles from Historic Downtown Franklin and 20 miles to Nashville. We are 2 minutes from major freeways and 2 minutes to restaurants and shopping!

The suite is attached to our home, equipped with personal locks with a security system on interior doors to give you privacy and peace of mind!

We live there as well but your space is private and secured ! Also to note we have horses and outdoor cats. We have indoor pets as well but they are restricted from guest suite . We have other buildings on the property as well as another rental. We have central heat and air that is located in the main house and we will set to your comfort level.

You will have private entrance to your private guest suite. You can park in circle drive and walk on the grass to your entrance on the far right ! There is a door on the right and a step on the far right of the porch for your entrance.
Please note we have a gravel driveway and a rustic country setting we do not have sidewalks. We would to host you and welcome a wonderful stay!
