Nashville-West End visit

The property needs a deep clean and maintenance. The base boards in the bathroom are rotted. There is a hole in the wall in the bathroom. The living room carpeting is aged & stained. The bedroom only has sheer curtains which doesn't allow for sleeping in. Electrical outlets in the kitchen didn't work & the kitchen sink was clogged.The bed was comfortable.My biggest complaint was the add-on fees that kept coming. I felt like I was dealing with the airlines. I was quoted a very competitive rate, but then the cleaning fee was added, then a service fee was added, then mandatory insurance was added! The fees just kept coming and are NOT cheap. What looked like a very competitive rate for an early week stay, turned out to almost double with the hidden/excessive fees.I would be very careful with this company regarding pricing. The overall condition of the property was subpar.

Overall great value

Booking process thru Goodnight vs VRBO; fairly laborious process and required an additional (after-the-fact) tacked on/non negotiable 'damage waiver fee' of $25 that you had to pay to complete the booking; not fair and not disclosed ahead of time. Garage parking not very clear but they were very responsive and explained when I called. Unit iteself very nice, clean, as pictured and really nice. Bed and mattress very plush, which is important to us. Thoughtful touches like toiletry supplies, toilet paper and laundry pods supplied. Overall great value.

The company is a SCAM

I wish I had done my research on the company before booking with them. They have more negative reviews than positive and I see why. When communicating with an agent to try to come to a resolution I was told I was simply a “payout” and no accommodations or exceptions would be made due to “the owner depending on this payout” referring to my money for booking. I probably won’t even use Vrbo ever again after being scammed by this company “Goodnight Stay”.

All round great stay!

Very modern but cozy apartment. Very accepting and friendly neighbors and other Vrbo people that were there to have a good time but not get crazy. Quiet at night and a peaceful neighborhood. The parking was a little confusing due to old signs. But my concerns were handled with one short phone call so I really can’t complain. Highly recommend!
