Our stay was excellent . The house was amazing. Clean and very roomy we all had our own rooms . The neighbors were also friendly . We loved the porch swing also . Thanks for a very nice experience .

We had an issue with the door code not working when we first arrived so we called the host and he had it resolved right away. Some of the bathrooms were not stocked with a full roll of toilet paper so we quickly ran out. The location was quiet but still close to downtown.

We had a great stay! The house is great for a weekend in Nashville with friends and family! Short drive or Uber to Broadway! The host is very responsive and kind! Will stay again when I get back to Nashville!

Great place to stay! Nice house, plenty of space and clean. Host is super nice and responds quickly. 5-10 min Uber to Broadway (depends on traffic) We would definitely stay here again.

This neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. The house has good space, enjoyed the balcony, parking was good, and the communication was good. They could use more towels and soap, but these are minor and would definitely stay again.

The home had plenty of room for our large group during Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating. We had plenty of parking space. I am a clean freak, so a new coat of paint on the walls would be nice and a bit more cleaning under the furniture would be great. Overall I would stay again.

Family Christmas Trip

We were in town for a concert to kick off the holiday season. This was a good spot to consider home base as we enjoyed Nashville.

So quiet and close to everything

This house is probably the most quiet house we have ever stayed in. It is in a nice neighborhood that is very close to downtown Nashville but far enough away to be peaceful. There were seven of us and we all had plenty of space. The owners are seriously quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend this property.

College Tour

Came a college tour with family. Convenient location. Close drive to everything. Walkable neighborhood. Felt safe. Coffee within walking distance. Grocery was very close. I would stay again.

Good Times Y'all

We came to the home ready for Nashville. The accommodation was really great and the discription was accurate. The location was close to public transit and not far from all the Hotspots. There was plenty of space in the home and it was well decorated for that home away from home feel. t too far from any of the Nashville Hot Spota.

The location is great and the beds were very comfortable. The house is in ill repair and beyond that not completely decorated or utilize to make it as wonderful as it could be. There are spaces that could be so nice, such as front porch and backyard patio that are completely under utilized and not clean. Walking up to the house, the columns. The first thing you see are rotting. The front porch was not swept or cleaned. The dishware in the kitchen was completely chaotic. The garbage can, which has to stay out in the kitchen has no lid. The blinds in the upstairs master that faced the street are broken and every one of the doors has a separate safety bar that makes you feel your very much at risk. The front door keypad lockbox situation is a mess half the time it took two of us to open the front door because the lock does not fully retract and we could not keep the key in the lockbox because a couple of us could not yank it open hard enough. Street parking which turned out to be fine even with multiple vehicles and the location is great access to downtown and several really nice restaurants. The property has so much potential. It just needs attention and Cleaning. I have owned and maintained a house that’s over 100 years old so I understand the challenge but also understand how easily some of these can be handled.

Sight seeing Tennessee

The house was perfect for my family (5). We had more than enough room to hang out after seeing the sights. Neighborhood was in a great location to get wherever you wanted to go. Our host were awesome to work with. Provided great recommendations. Only thing we would recommend is checking the grill and one of the beds up stairs. They could use a little updates. Would definitely stay there again when we come back.
