Summary:
BRAND NEW LISTING! This beautiful home is located in the heart of Nashville, less than a 10 minute Uber to Broadway! This area is filled with a ton of great restaurants and home to many of Nashville's recording studios. This large home offers plenty of space and LOTS of beds for your group! To top it off, this home has a hot tub on the roof top to make your stay even more enjoyable!

The Space:
Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews! Ordering in is easy as well - at the house we have a book listed with all the closest hot spots. Your bed options range from cozy queens and a king to daybeds, pullout queen chaise sleepers, and sofa sleepers.

Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, washer and dryer (including detergent), Wi-Fi, cable, and many more amenities are all provided.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Nashville birthday trip

We enjoyed this spacious home so much! Pool table was so fun. Hot tub was wonderful. House was very clean! Kitchen is huge! Having a bathroom for every bedroom/sleeping area was so helpful. Only about a 20 Uber ride to the Broadway area. Neighborhood was quiet. Walmart is close. Easily accessible. Would definitely recommend!

Pretty much great except for the leak

We had a leak in one of bathrooms and while they sent out a worker to inspect they weren’t able to fix while we were there. This limited us down a bathroom and an additional leak started from the exhaust fan. We placed kitchen pans to catch the water so then were without some dishes. Tried to ask for a discount to help offset this inconvenience and while the property manager was good at communication up until that point. Really wish that could’ve been resolved amicably

Soccer Tournament Stay

In town for MLS Next Soccer Tournament in Murfreesboro. Easy to get to fields and then downtown Nashville for fun. Plenty of room for family and extended family to stay. Communication great and no concerns.

Great stay!

The place was super clean & comfy. The two sets of bunk beds are in a room just off the main living area, separated by a curtain rather than a door, which wasn’t clear in the listing. Everything else was great especially the communication. Any issues were promptly attended to and they even told us ahead of our arrival that there was an AC issue they would attend to. Definitely recommend!
