    Welcome to your private suite retreat in our charming Nashville home!

    This spacious 800-square-foot guest suite is located in the entire lower level of our residence (a walk-out basement), providing you with complete privacy and a dedicated entrance separate from the main home. While we (the owners) reside upstairs, you’ll have the entire downstairs to yourself—like your own private apartment.

    ✨ Please note: This is a smoke-free and pet-free home, ensuring a clean, fresh, and allergy-friendly environment for all our guests.

    • A private entrance via a sidewalk leading to the backyard
    • A fully furnished 800 sq ft suite designed for comfort and relaxation
    • A king-size bed + optional twin-size rollaway bed

We truly enjoyed our stay. Place is quiet and cozy. Very relaxing atmosphere. Very clean and we had everything we needed for a home away from home. Easy check in and communication with host. Definitely a 5 star!!

Didn’t see a pool. The place was clean kitchen seemed fine we didn’t cook but nice to have refrigerator and coffee pot.

Very nice property. Upscale neighborhood. Quiet. Bigger than the photos depicted. Adequate kitchen equipment. Only made breakfast there. Had to drive to restaurants. Comfortable bed and couch. Recommended.

Comfortable place for couple to spend weekend in Nashville. Close to the Hermitage 20 minutes from downtown. Comfortable bed nice patio overlooking park (daily visits by deer in morning and evening).

Wonderful Nashville stay!

This property is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Everything about working with the owner and the property was super easy. We needed a quiet place to relax after our many adventures and this was just the place!

Quiet and relaxing!

Away from the bustle but still close. A short Uber ride from downtown. We loved the quiet park and trails right out the back yard….and we live on a farm! It was a nice stay.

Nashville, TN

A great country vibe while in the city with easy driving access to it all! The decor was excellent, a quiet neighborhood, and pool access too. We were able to cook a few meals, relax and yet go out and about with ease! The hosts are kind, welcoming and generous with amenities. We look forward to visiting again and hope to stay at F & E's on suite!

It was our 2nd time staying at the property and we had a great stay. Everything in the listing is exactly what you get. If I had one minor fault it would be no TV in the bedroom.

Great getaway!

It was soo relaxing! Loved the private porch. We sat and watched the planes fly over. Close to a variety of restaurants. Not too far from White House, Hendersonville, downtown Nashville and Goodletsville. It was truly one of our best vacations. We bring everything with us. Not expecting condiments, coffee and so on. Wonderful!!

Nashville weekend

The property is lovely. Very close to airport, Hermitage, Grand Ole Opry, and downtown, making for an exceptionally convenient home base for exploring Nashville. The apartment is squeaky clean, and QUIET! The bed is very comfortable. The decor is tasteful and fun. Great value. Would look to this as our first preference when visiting the area again.

Nashville 10/18-10/20

We really enjoyed our visit. The place was really accommodating and supplied us with all of our needs. We stayed for the weekend here to enjoy the city for a day and to see a concert. It was nice to sit out and enjoy the outside seating and to just take in the surroundings. We enjoyed our walk with coffee of course that started from the backyard to a walkway onto what looked to of been a golfcourse. Highly recommend this place for your stay, everything was like being a home away from home. Loved the theme they created with it as well. Thank you!!! Bryan & Shawna
