Beautifully renovated historical home in the hottest location Nashville has to offer. The home has a private back yard with large two story decks and gas grill. A public dog park/playground is located just across the street. Perfect for the kiddos and dogs.
Dogs are welcomed. Maximum 2 dogs. $50/dog/stay

We provide hotel like amenities and house is stocked with all your basic needs as well as lots of extras including complimentary coffee. The house sleeps up to 12 guests.

FIRST FLOOR includes Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Laundry, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
*Bedroom 1 - King size bed
*Bedroom 2 - Two Queen beds
*Bath 1 - Full bath w/spacious shower, single vanity, and toilet (hallway access)
*Bath 2 - Full bath w/ tub/shower combo, single vanity, and toilet (hallway access)
SECOND FLOOR includes Loft area, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath.
*Bedroom 3 - Queen bed
*Bedroom 4 - Queen bed
*Loft area - Full XL size bed
*Bath 3 - Full bath w/shower, single vanity, and toilet (hallway access)

We also provide an elevated queen size mattress (sleeps 2) and the living room couchs can comfortably sleep one each.

This vacation home is located in Nashville’s HOTTEST downtown neighborhood, THE GULCH. It offers up some of Nashville’s very best - from dining to shopping to nightlife.

We loved the location of this adorable house. We were able to walk to dinner and to the Gulch for restaurants and shopping. The outdoor sitting areas were awesome. We especially loved having our morning coffee on the upstairs deck. The house was well-equipped, super clean with comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay in Nashville! The home was clean, well stocked with all the essentials, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to everything but still in a great neighborhood. 10 out of 10! Easily my favorite place I have ever stayed. Super clean and cute decor. Walkable to everything! And the host went out of her way to leave birthday treats for us. Trust me, this place is incredible!

Can't say enough good about this stay or the host(s). Melissa is just wonderful - the communication was excellent and she is just the best!! The place was perfect: clean, ready, and had absolutley everything we needed to feel right at home. This was an extended stay, and it could not have been better. The location is fantastic, the neighborhood is safe and friendly, and walking distance to everything we were interested in. It was a perfect Nashville experience. Will definitely be back again!!

The home was the most well appointed rental I have experienced in my travels. They had everything that we needed from cleaning supplies to extra linens and towels. We arrived late at night during the middle of a huge ice event in Nashville. The walkway was cleared which allowed us a safe passage into the home.

Wonderful house showing a style of architecture from about 100 years ago. Kitchen was well equipped with most any cooking tool you would need. The house is at the end of a dead-end street so it was very quiet. It is next to park that allows dogs but it’s not fenced in so I could not let my dog off leash. Still, it was a great place to take a dog for a walk. Walking distance to excellent restaurants.

This is the best pace I've ever visited. It's not a rental, it's a home. You feel warm and cared for. We had all the amenities and extras! Everything you would need was provided like you would have right in your own home, all the way down to paper products, cooking spices, and laundry detergent. The beds all had great matresses and linens/blankets - very comfortable. This is definitely a 10 house. Thank you so much for an excellent experience! Also, geographically, you could not ask for a better location as the home is placed within walking distance of all the major attractions like Music row, museums, and Vanderbilt University. Everything was absolutely lovely. Thank you, Melissa!

We came to town for a sporting event and had 4 couples which fit perfectly in this home. We brought our dogs and between the backyard and park next door, there was plenty of room for them to get out. The location is great and walkable to Music Row and The Gulch. The neighbourhood is quiet and felt safe.

My college friends and I had a wonderful stay here. The house was absolutely perfect. Cute decor, comfy beds, all the things that you needed. And bonus it was walking distance to the bars on broadway. Highly recommend this stay!

Owner has set up the perfect house for a group wanting a fun stay in Nashville. We appreciated the labels, instructions, coffee, towels, washcloths, and cozy beds. Group of 8 friends stayed in the house for a long weekend and every one of us loved the house. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch, as well as the spacious living room. We walked sometimes and Ubered others. Highly recommend staying here with a group. Plenty of space, beds, and adorably decorated.

Property was delightful...more than enough room for 6 adult women.. decor charming and fun. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked with every " essential"..great coffee.Spacious fridge..Upon arrival, thrilled to have it well stocked with bottled water. Appreciated the large bowl of assorted snacks to tide us over as we unpacked. Wonderful large screen TV in living room that had great selection of movie channels and live TV. Our host Melissa was super cool about responding to all our requests/ questions. A very generous and thoughtful host indeed! The neighborhood was quiet and location exceptional. Thank you very much for an amazing comfortable stay in a rental that surpassed all of our expectations.

This is by far one of the best VRBO’s that we have rented. So clean! The thoughtfulness from the provided toiletries to the snacks and cold waters in the fridge. The helpful book about the area and things to do. Just overall a wonderful place! Just a side note, the TV Roku remote in the living room was missing and tv remote in middle bedroom had no batteries but we made it work with other remotes in the house.Again just wonderful place to stay.
