Our place is a comfortable Nashville 1 bedroom with 1 bath 100% private home for 1-4 guests with a queen memory foam sleeper in living room

Great space to relax and stay while exploring the town!
We are less then 1 mile to downtown Broadway

Walk 5 min to explore Five Points or take a 4 min Uber to Nashville’s restaurants and bars

Our focus is a space that is clean and comfortable & convenient for our guests.

The space
We are 1.0 mile to downtown Nashville a 4 min Uber/Lyft to all the music venues, bars or our famous honkytonks here in Nashville.

We’ve always prided ourselves on a clean home as our reviews highlight, but have additional steps based on the
CDC and Airbnb disinfectant & sanitizing procedure between each guest stay

The master bedroom has a really comfortable Plush memory foam KING size bed (read our reviews)

In the living room we have a new queen memory foam sleeper sofa with a great memory foam topper.

The house sleeps 4 max.

Oh my gosh we loved this sweet little bungalow! Everything was great - the comfy bed, updated decor and welcoming atmosphere inside as well as the location. We were able to walk to dinner both nights. I definitely recommend this for a stay in East Nashville.

Perfect little spot close to downtown, but far enough to avoid heavy traffic and crowds. Great amenities; the nespresso machine is on point, bed was super comfy, shower was great, and Rick’s communication is top notch! Our next stay in Nashville I won’t even need to look for a another place, I’ll rebook here in a heartbeat!

This was the perfect place to stay for a night to go to an event in Nashville! I messaged the host when I first got there because the smoke alarm was chirping. They responded immediately and were so nice and he had the issue resolved soon after. The place was spotless and the bed was so comfy! It was also located in a perfect spot where we walked a few blocks to go out to eat for dinner and then it’s so close to downtown that the uber ride each way was under 10. Other people were staying at the units around us (solely basing this on the fact the cars were parked in their spots) but I could not hear anything between the walls from the other units. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great place. Cozy and comfortable. Well stocked. If I am ever in Nashville again, i will book this place again! It was 2 minutes from Broadway, yet, it felt like a safe and away from the noise of the city.

East Nashville Sweet Spot

This cute, little apartment was nice and clean and uncluttered. There is a nice living area with a comfy couch and coffee table. The kitchen has barstool seating at the counter and full amenities along with several options for making coffee.The host provided shampoo, conditioner and bodywash as well as make-up removal wipes. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths for our four-day stay. The shower had two different heads, one a hand wand and there was decent water pressure. Watch your left elbow when you sit on the toilet, there isn't a ton of space.The bed is huge and and really comfortable. Nice bedding, and lamps on either side of the bed. Space off of the floor to set suitcases would have been nice. The washer and dryer were nice to have as the weather was rainier and colder than we planned for. There are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store less than a mile from the property. We really enjoyed Bolton's, Yeast and Sky Blue Cafe.The distance from Broadway/Downtown is walkable. We did it a few times. We did use ride-share when we returned late. I would have loved more local recommendations from the hosts. We never saw any other people staying at the property to get tips from. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Great VRBO!

Perfect little cute condo for the weekend. I love staying on this side of Nashville! It’s walkable to bars/restaurants and a short Uber or even walkable to downtown Nashville. I would definitely recommend this place.
