  • Built in 1901, this gorgeous home has been completely renovated and is waiting on you and your family! Perfect for families that want to enjoy ALL of Historic Franklin's attractions without having to drive to get to them! Also, our home is located just across the street from two of Franklin's finest wedding venues...The Red House and CJ's Off The Square! We offer perfect lodging for bridal parties! Our home is also just 2 minute walking distance to the famous Puckett's Grocery offering amazing food and entertainment! Many restaurants and shops steps from the front door! Park your car and leave it there for your entire visit! And of course, exciting Nashville is only a 20 minute ride away!

This is a really cool house in a perfect location. We were in town for a wedding and walked to town within a couple minutes. The house itself and accommodations were very nice, and we would definitely stay there again.

Amazing out / fantastic location!

We were in Franklin for a job we were doing, and had some family joining us, so this was the perfect cottage to house the few of us. It was so cute, had everything we needed and was walking distance to everything that Franklin has to offer. We will definitely be back and stay here again. The host was great communicating and we definitely enjoyed our stay!

Overall the place was pretty nice. The two main issues were cleanliness and the internet. The brick floors were so dirty you had to keep socks on or your feet would turn black and there was a bunch of hair in the shower drain. The internet was painfully slow to the point where streaming and remote work is not possible. Other than that it was pretty nice and has a great location for walking the town.

Great location and house for 3 couples!

We enjoyed staying at the home and being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. It was perfect for a long weekend with 3 couples. We liked sitting both on front porch and back porch and using the fire pit in the back yard. Thank you!

Wonderful wedding weekend location

Great location, easy and quick communications with host, plenty of amenities, very clean, just a wonderful time at this property! We were in for our sons wedding and the church was in walking distance, CJ’s for the reception was around the corner, everything was so close and easy to get to. Wonderful wedding weekend!

Fabulous Franklin home away from home

Fantastic historic house with the BEST location. We walked daily into town for coffee, lunch, dinner and shopping. The house is equipped with everything you need for a most comfortable stay. Will definitely book again!
