Only registered guests are permitted on the premises both day and night. Please be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise levels down. If we receive reasonable noise complaints, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

Avoid using thumbtacks or command hooks for decorations on walls or wallpaper. Use Scotch tape, painter's tape, or sticky putty instead. No glitter is allowed. Any damage from improper decoration will be charged accordingly.

ACCESS FOR REPAIRS:
Homeowners and property managers may access the property for repair and inspection in a reasonable manner. Guests are expected to comply with the Rental Agreement during their stay and ensure all party members and visitors do the same.

There are outdoor NEST security cameras located around the exterior of the home. Security cameras are set up for the safety of our guests and the security of our home. Please do not tamper with any of the security camera equipment.
