Stay Where The Stars Stay! And we think everyone who stays with us is a STAR!

This beautiful "renovated ranch" is located in the heart of Hip Donelson, a treasured area of Nashville. The kitchen features Corian countertops and stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, and opens to the light-filled dining area and living room. Nestle in front of the remote-controlled gas fireplace on a chilly evening or spend a relaxing time in the hot tub on the back patio. Enjoy the expansive back yard where you'll most likely spot deer in the distance nibbling the grass.

Make yourself at home in the comfortable beds (two queen-sized beds and one full-sized bed on the street level) and take time to savor a nice, hot bath in the clawfoot tub in the street level bath or wash off the remains of the day in the updated shower in the lower level bath. You'll also find a large living area on the lower level featuring a very large wall-mounted television to catch games or a movie. There is also a beautiful sleeping area on the lower level with another queen-sized bed.

Our host was very attentive. Responded to every question quickly. Our boys and doggie enjoyed the huge yard. The house had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and had nearby shops and restaurants. The location was perfect, only seven minutes from my brother and sister in-laws reception. They even made sure to tell them when we made home safely after our eleven hour road trip. What more can you ask for?

This is a great location and perfect for families with a dog! There's a dog park less than 3 minutes away and the Gaylord Opryland is maybe 6 minutes away. Downtown Nashville took maybe 20 minutes. The house has nice gathering spaces and the hot tub was fun with the overhead lights on a cold night. Our host was very responsive to questions and came to fix some outside lights when we noticed they weren't working. We'd stay again!

We didn't have any pets, but the house was terrific. It had plenty of rooms for the 4 of us and the hottub was really nice to get in and relax after a long day of walking around sightseeing. The location was also great. Not too far away from everything we wanted to see. The homeowner responded right away when I texted him with questions. And we would stay they again when we come back to town. Thank you

Great place to stay for our family vacation

This was a great place to stay while we were in Nashville to visit family. We enjoyed going to the wave pool, golfing, parks, and restaurants, that were all just a couple miles away. There is also a Kroger and a CVS within a few miles. Great neighborhood! We enjoyed the hot tub!

The Perfect Place

This property is exactly as listed. It was perfect for me and 7 of my students to stay whole we were in Nashville for a conference. It was homey and clean and perfect. The owners communicated with us easily and immediately when we had a question. We had no issues at all. We'll stay again!

Overall our stay was great. It was centrally located to everything we did in the downtown area and the airport. The only 2 things I would say needs a little attention was that the yard was over grown and we got bit by the mosquitoes on the back porch. We also didnt partake in the hottub bc it needed to be cleaned. Communication with the host was very good and they even accommodated us with an earlier check in. If we ever travel back I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great stay with family

I booked this house for our family to stay at, while in town for a wedding. I was travelling with my husband, mother in law, and her parents. The downstairs access through the garage and bedroom/bathroom on this level made it easy for my grandmother-in-law, who doesn't do well with stairs. We were here the weekend a hurricane hit the south, and while Nashville ended up only getting rain, we were very impressed with the communication from the host on what to expect from the foul weather, and what to do if things turned for the worse (luckily they didn't!)
