Feel at home in this recently renovated "music lovers" 2 bedroom with ikea kitchen and bathroom. Accommodates 2 couples comfortably, and be staying within minutes to the hip "5 Points" area of East Nashville, and also downtown (Titan's games, CMA Fest, Honky Tonks, Broadway, The Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall Of Fame, Johnny Cash Museum and the new "Ascend Amphitheater"). The house is also only 7 miles (15 min drive) to The Grand Ol Opry and Opryland and Hotel and Opry Mills Mall.

Son’s birthday

We like this neighborhood because it is close to our son, grocery stores and access to the highways and downtown.The house was very comfortable with a nice kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Jim is so nice and easy to communicate with him.

Exactly what we needed.

This home was perfect for our group of 4. Very cozy and comfortable. Nice neighborhood and location. Great communication with the owner. My favorite thing was the canvases that were hung to be signed by guests. It was very cool! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Review

The bathroom could use some extra cleaning. Going downstairs to do laundry is kinda sketchy. Could be cleaned up a little more, in spite of it being a dirt basement. The kitchen could be organized more as it was hard to find things. A regular coffeemaker would have been nice. The window ledges could be cleaned and dust was found in corners. Otherwise the stay was as comfortable as it could be. The location was nice.

An OK place to stay

Steps to house are not good for elderly. A better handrail might be needed. One bed was comfortable. We got along just fine, but younger family members were not happy with the front bed. Thanks for all the goodies. Appreciated.

Nashville getaway

My wife and I stayed here this weekend for a concert at Nissian stadium. The house was clean, well stocked, and super close to the stadium and broadway. A Lyft ride was on average around $10. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and Jim was a great host.

GREAT CITY, GREAT HOUSE

Our first time in Nashville, what an amazing experience. The house was amazing. Clean, fully stocked, and a fabulous welcome gift. Jim provided a lot of helpful information, navigate around the city. Nashville 2020 will be at Jim's bungalow.

Great host and place to stay

We loved our stay here! Jim was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. He made the check in process simple and made sure we had everything we needed for our weekend stay! He also went above and beyond by leaving snacks and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. The house was very clean and well-decorated, and is also very close to downtown - it only took us about 10 minutes to drive or Uber/Lyft there. Definitely recommend!

Close to everything

We stayed the weekend with two couples. Perfect size for us four. We loved the closeness to all the bars in east Nashville and also to Broadway. Jim left us snacks to and some drinks as well! Overall, a good stay!

Jim is an amazing person!

My sister and I, drove into Nashville late, and had absolutely no troubles finding the house. We were able to open the lock-box without any difficulties. The home was very clean. Jim had left a lovely welcome letter, snacks, and beverages for us. Which by the way was so, very sweet. We enjoyed our time at the house. We were close to downtown Nashville, It was just a short 12 minute drive to most of the attractions. We had to call Jim once for help, but had nothing to do with his home. He had came to our aid within minutes, to help us out, and get us on the move again. We are extremely grateful that Jim took the time to steer us in the right direction. Followed up by a text message to make sure that we were alright. I would highly recommend this home. Jim is a 5 star person!

Location, Location, Location

My son and I went to Nashville to visit my grand-daughter who livies in Cedar Hill. We decided to stay closer to Nashville. The property is located in East Nashville close to places to eat, and within 10 minutes to center of Nashville entertainment. There were snacks left by owner. You access the house via the backdoor, and there are steps. A beautiful large tree in the front yard which attracts many birds in the morning.

Awesome stay just a short distance from downtown Nashville!

This place was great! Quant and cozi and just a short Uber ride to downtown Nashville! Has all the creature comforts and Jim was an awesome host! A must stay if you don't want to be directly downtown!

This was the perfect place to stay for our long weekend trip to Nashville. There is absolutely nothing to complain about or suggest for future visits. Easy to find and close to everything we wanted to do. This is the only way to stay - beats hotels by a landslide!!! Thank you, Jim, for the treats and suggestions - we WILL be back!

Perfect little place!

Jim was a great host! The house was clean and had basically everything you’d need for a weekend stay or quick trip. The location was great and just minutes from all the east Nashville eats, music row and the gulch. If you choose this place you won’t be disappointed. If you’ve never been to Nashville or eaten in east Nashville, I highly recommend Two Ten Jack and Jeni’s Ice cream!
