Loved everything about this place. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and blankets, and the porch bed was perfect for morning coffee. Dog friendly and would love to stay again! Easy and fast communication with owners.

Great little cottage for some relaxation! Check in was simple, the cottage was well stocked with lots of little "extras". Bug spray, sunscreen, aluminum foil, baggies, lots of spices in the kitchen. The house was VERY clean when we arrived...probably the CLEANEST property we have ever rented! Close to Nashville, but out of the hustle and bustle of the city. We did see some deer and some wild turkeys but didnt get pictures, the only pics i got were of the butterflies on arbor. There was enough yard for our dog, Lexi, to roam around enjoy her stay too! It was a great week celebrating our anniversary of 31 years! I would recommend this cabin for anyone!

Cozy cottage with fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Delightful screened porch to relax on after eventful days where you can watch wildlife frolick around the bird feeder. 20-30 min to most Nashville attractions. If you’re looking for something with a bit of a European flair check out the Yorkshire deli, which has a selection of British foods. It’s only open Fri-Sun and it stays busy and a bit pricey but nice for a change of pace.

Our family loved staying at your cottage. We were down for a week and had an absolutely amazing vacation. The house is in a perfect location from all the attractions and after spending all day in Nashville it was so beautiful to just sit out on the porch. The cottage was very quiet and comfortable on a little road with very little traffic. There was a tree covered mountain on one side of the house and a lovely babbling creek on the other. It was very clean and comfortable and the photos were an excellent representation. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to our message when something came up during our stay that we wanted them to be aware of (electric company decided to install a new pole without notifying anyone including the hosts; minor inconvenience and the air was cool so we were never uncomfortable and they worked quickly). This was a perfect quiet vacation which was exactly what we looking for. Our pups enjoyed the house and porch and really enjoyed splashing in the creek. This was our first trip to Tennessee and it was lovely. Thank you for a relaxing, peaceful vacation!

Amazing place!

Don’t miss the opportunity to stay at this cottage. The entire booking process is so easy. The cottage is immaculate filled with every item you could possibly need. It’s warm and inviting with a bonus creek steps away from a fantastic screened in porch. This will absolutely be our go-to rental when returning to Tennessee.

We loved the relaxing atmosphere! After very active days filled with tours, shopping and lots of music and bands… it was so wonderful returning to a quiet private space! The charm of your cottage is very inviting and we felt like we were stepping into grandmas house! If your not chill before you get there, it wouldn’t take long to catch your breath and relax!

Tennessee Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Pegram. The location made it easy to go to Franklin, Kingston Springs, and Nashville. We enjoyed spending time on the enclosed in the afternoons watching the birds and walking around the yard with our puppy.

Heaven

This place is the perfect getaway from the crowds. Hometown feel and so serene. Decorated beautifully and super clean, has a screened in porch for watching the birds and nature and a container of bird seed for the bird feeders. Loved that the hosts left fresh water and goodies for our doggies upon arrival❤️. They loved it too. The amenities were outstanding and very thoughtful and included filtered water. Nothing was left out. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely cottage

The cottage was very clean. Well stocked with items. The only thing we didn’t find was a can opener. No big deal. My sister let me borrow one. Very quiet and peaceful. We loved it. The place is well decorated with antiques. It had a lovely rustic charm. In fact they can decorate my house if they like. lol Any time I go visit my sister I would without a doubt stay at that cottage. If they allow us of course. The creek was nice to have. My dog played in it multiple times. They even have little toys and dog treats for your furry friend. They thought of everything. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Great New Years Getaway!.

We got in on December 28th, and left on January 2nd!.. We live in Ohio and have best friends in Pegram, so we come down often!.. We stayed here for the first time, but definitely not our last!!.. It was an amazing little house, in a very secluded area!!.. The property manager was VERY attentive, and responsive!!.. Not to mention, they left little goodies for our dogs!!.. What a way to feel welcome!!!!! Thank you so much Nicole!!.. We’ll be back!!!!
