• Trash: Please place all trash in trash bags and place them in the trash cans outside the garage.

• Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• Smoking is only allowed on the rooftop patio, as long as guests clean up afterward.

• We can host a maximum of 12 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

• We understand that unexpected cancellations happen; however, we must firmly uphold our owners’ cancellation policies. We encourage guests to review the policy carefully and consider travel insurance when booking. Thank you for your understanding.
