VERY HAPPY! WAS ORIGINALLY RESERVED FOR 3RD FLOOR, DUE TO RESTRICTION OF CLIMBING STAIRS, THEY WERE ABLE TO IMMEDIATELY SWITCH MY ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND IT ENDED UP BEING AN UPGRADE SUITE WITH 2 BEDROOMS, FULL KITCHENETTE, ETC. AT NO COST!! IF I COME BACK THIS IS WHERE I WILL STAY!! THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!! IT MADE MY FIRST VISIT TO NASHVILLE UNFORGETTABLE!! THANK YOU SO MUCH

This property was even better than expected. Pools and whirlpools were very nice and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Check in was somewhat lengthy. Part of that was due to them trying to sell us a time share. Walls were very thin. Could hear everything in suite next door. Despite this, would stay again.

Had an issue with the elevators due to extreme heat. They accommodated us to a different unit on the first floor. I did like the original one better. It was more our style but none the less. Had a couple issues and they addressed them immediately and also gave us gift cards and shuttle cards. I absolutely love the property it is gorgeous. 3 pools 2 hot tubs, grills, corn hole, food trucks, free activities daily..
