Our neighborhood is very safe and charming with many beloved spots in this flourishing local area of East Nashville. The airport is only about 15 minutes away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available if you choose not to bring a car. Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer!

    ALL Pets must be approved in advance of booking. We have a $75 pet fee and do not allow animals to go on the furniture or beds.

    Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

    No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

The place was ideal for my sister and I. It was very clean and comfortable. Amy was a great host very prompt answering all my questions. Felt safe walking the streets to the local coffee shop and restaurants. The bus stop was right next to condo so it made it easy to get downtown.Would definitely come back.

Excellent experience. A group went (multiple adults and two kids) for the SEC basketball tourney. Short Uber/Lyft to the arena. Grocery stores are within 1.5 miles. The property was as advertised and made our trip enjoyable. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful place to stay while we visited our kids. Check in was easy, beds were comfortable, and condo was clean upon arrival. Our host responded to all messages in a timely fashion and needed supplies were plentiful. Even the tv remote was simple to use! Would definitely recommend!

Everything was well stocked except for garbage bag liners. We called for extra and was brought 2 more which lasted 2 days. We ended up using shopping bag liners to get us to the end of our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, looked just like the pictures and we were comfortable for 4 days we were there. The host was also friendly & attentive. The check in process was simple as well. The place was centrally located to freeway & we were 10 minutes away from all the attractions. I would stay there again.

The condo was very nice and cozy. Clean and efficient. Close enough to downtown but outside just enough to not be in the traffic and congestion. Genevieve was very responsive and gave us some great local suggestions.

Great stay for our little family getaway!! Host was always accessible, helpful & welcoming! Condo was very clean and equipped with all we needed! Check in/out was a breeze! Great location as everything we wanted to see was 10-15mins away by car/uber. Condo was just as pictures and description stated which is always a wonderful relief!! No complaints… we even ordered a sound machine like the one that was provided in the bedrooms . It was awesome! Would definitely book this condo again!

Well appointed and clean

Property was exactly as described, well appointed and very clean. Additionally, the owner was great about checking in with us and provided instructions in a timely and detailed way. Overall we were really comfortable, and thanks for making our stay pleasant and straightforward!
