Classic 12 South Bungalow

  • This classic 3 bedroom, 1920's bungalow is located in the 12 South neighborhood, just an easy walk from many shops, bars, and restaurants. The house has 3 bedrooms which includes a spacious king suite and bath upstairs, while two queen bedrooms share a common bath downstairs. If your group needs more room, there is an attached studio at the back of the house that we also rent (extra $200/nt), which includes a king bed and kitchenette. It's called the 12 South Cottage.
    **Please note: The main house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and is priced as such. The house has beautiful hard wood floors throughout. This charming home is in the heart of the 12 South area, a short walk from Belmont and Vanderbilt.

    This accommodation is perfect for larger groups. If six, then the main house is perfect. If eight persons, then the cottage adds an additional space that gives one couple a private entrance and space, including a kitchen. If you desire the entire place for eight persons, simply book and we'll work out the details for the cottage.

The house was even better than pictured - full of personality and clean - just a pleasure to be in! We especially loved the porch - it was the perfect way to start the day or wind down. The location can’t be beat and made getting around super easy. Highly highly recommend staying here and we’ll be sure to check it out on our next visit!

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood in Nashville. Great amount of space for my family, bedrooms are very comfortable. We loved the beautiful decor and touches within the home. Neighborhood is quiet as its two blocks from the main strip of 12 south, and easily walkable to coffee, restaurants, shops. Highly recommend, we had a great stay!

Another great visit, this time for the Thanksgiving week …Tim was an excellent host and the house worked very well for four adults and a 22 month old! The quiet neighborhood cannot be beaten for proximity to downtown, interest and walkability

One of the best places I’ve stayed at!

Absolutely beautifully decorated & fully stocked kitchen! It checked off all of our boxes for a girls weekend away. Highly recommend staying at Tim & Suzy’s.

Great location!

This house is within walking distance to the 12 South shops, restaurants and bars. It was clean and we felt safe the whole stay even walking home in the dark.

The house offered great spaces for a small business retreat. The location was perfect, one block from Frothy Monkey coffee shop and Postino wine bar for breaks and after work. Cute 12th South shopping was walkable and very close. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe.

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property! Very safe and amazing location. Street parking available. Lots of space and the porch was amazing!!! Hosts were super responsive. We had our baby there and it already had a pack and play set up which was extremely helpful

Amazing house in the perfect location

House is located in a perfect neighborhood within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. And quick uber ride to Broadway. The house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Big spacious rooms. And a picture perfect front porch to relax!

Wedding Whirlwind

We were in town for my daughter's wedding. We absolutely loved the house! There was just about every amenity possible. The beds were super comfortable, and everything was very clean! The front porch was amazing! And the location was so close to everything. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful!

We came to Nashville for a family girls trip and are still raving about this house! We had the best time drinking coffee on the front porch every morning, going for walks in the neighborhood, and shopping 12 south! The house is stocked with everything you need and is located in a safe neighborhood with shops and restaurants a walkable distance away. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay I’m 12 South

We stayed at the house while in Nashville for a recent wedding. Great location. Very nice house, clean and lovely. It was convenient to get around to all Nashville attractions. Easy Uber ride to downtown but also so much fun to be walkable to 12 South. The is a wonderful neighborhood to choose for a Nashville trip. Highly recommended.
