Welcome to Nashville! This property is a beautiful 3 story 1,675 sq ft home located in East Nashville, just steps away from breweries, coffee shops, and amazing restaurants!

With high-end interior finishes and chic decorative styling, the 3rd story rooftop deck with a view will allow you to experience Nashville to the fullest while feeling right at home.

It has 2 bedrooms, a queen on the 1st floor and a king on the 3rd floor. Each bedroom has a full bath. The 2nd floor living room/dining room has a half bath with sleeping arrangements for 1-2 more guests.

1. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $1,000 fee will be charged for smoking inside property.


2. Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Property Manager immediately.

3. Pets: Pets are are not permitted inside the property. If a pet or evidence of a pet is found at this property without prior approval, a $500 fee will be charged.

4. Parking: This property has a 2 car garage. If more spots are required there is street parking on Casper Avenue. There are no parking spots in the parking lot allocated to this property.

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.

6. Garbage: During the duration of the stay trash shall be taken out to the trash cans and not left outside of the house. The dumpster coral is located in the corner of the parking lot out the back door of the townhouse.

8. Quiet Hours: Guests are asked to respect community by keeping noise to a reasonable level. Quiet Hours are considered to be from 10 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. We take noise complaints very seriously. Should a noise complaint involving law enforcement be placed against Guests, this contract is void and Guests may be subject to eviction with no refund and loss of security deposit at the sole discretion of Property Manager.


9. Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a `Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area`

10. We do not rent to locals.

Great Location

Lots to do in this area away from Broadway. Lots of trendy restaurants and craft beer places. Short Uber ride to Broadway. This property looks just like the pictures. If, you have issues with stairs would not be the place for you. I would highly recommend this property. We really enjoyed our stay.

I cannot say enough positive about this rental. Extremely clean. Very well appointed and the upstairs deck was awesome. Located between the downtown and other Opryland attractions so easy to get everywhere with a short drive. Communication with the property manager was done very professionally. Will keep this one on the list for a return visit

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything looks just as the pics and all. Great location right up the street from any store and restaurant you need. The only thing i believe the host should do is leave the garage opener. Just the fact you have to get out the car to open and close the garage is crazy. But all in all . I love the property and will use everytime i visit Nashville !!!

Awesome place! Looks just like the pics. Lots of stairs though so if that’s an issue for you I wouldn’t recommend. My hubby and I stayed for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. Clean, well stocked, and plenty of places to eat or get drinks in the area.

Sweet & Cozy Spot

What a great find! Beautifully appointed townhouse with everything you need - and we mean everything! Lots of little details. Kitchen was very well stocked. Living area was very comfortable. We have stayed in many properties and this was one of the best in terms of having plenty of extras. The 2-car side by side garage was a wonderful extra allowing both couples to have secure parking. Location was fantastic - out of the downtown madness, walkable to amenities and just a quick ride down to the hotspots. Manager was super responsive. Highly recommend this spot! Thanks.

Perfect for 2 adults.

Lovely home with everything you need for your stay. Beds and couch were very comfy. WiFi isn’t great so streaming movies was a bit challenging. Road and train noise was pretty loud at night. Bring earplugs and a sleep mask as there is a lot of light coming through the bedroom windows. Great kitchen for cooking. As others noted, there are two long flights of stairs separating the bedrooms from the living area so not for folks with mobility issues. There’s a good coffee shop right around the corner but plenty of ways to make your own coffee as well. Everything was very clean and thoughtfully appointed. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Great condo and location

We really enjoyed our stay!! Beautiful condo, spacious and clean, a garage to park car and access condo, good location. Best for adults because of stairs (from lowest level to main level, main level to upstairs bedroom suite). Rooftop space was very nice (but too hot for us to enjoy when we were there). Would book again!
