Charming 3 Bedroom/2 Bath - 5 minutes to Downtown Franklin

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, (newly renovated), charming 3 bedrooms 2 bath home. Sleeps 6-7. Great screened-in porch and yard. Peaceful neighborhood 5 minutes from downtown Franklin. A portion of your fee will be donated to a local charity serving vulnerable women/girls around the world. If you are wondering why there are no reviews yet...we just purchased it and will rent it until we are able to move to Franklin full-time! NOTE - The property is equipped with (4) external security cameras that are located openly at 1.) front door 2.) Rear yard/porch 3.) The side entrance to the garage.) view of the front of the house/yard/street. They are all easily viewable (small, square, black boxes that are about 2" x 2". FYI - There are NO indoor cameras or other recording devices of any kind on the property.

Sibling Stay

Home was cute and small perfect for my 2 siblings and I to stay and be close together in our time of grieving our father. The house was clean and ready for us. Only 1 small concern that we had but overall a good quiet neighborhood and house to stay at.

quiet with easy access to downtown Nashville.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property managers were attentive to my questions. I did not have any concerns. Only reason why I didn't not give a 5 for cleaning is because we had to by a grill scraper and clean the grill before we could use it.

Our stay was okay at the house, however we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the house and the grill. The grill was filthy and we did not use it for that reason. Also the ceiling fan in the living room did not work. We could not find a remote for it. No time to call about these things as we were very busy. The house smelled musty. The pillows for the beds were needing to be replaced . It is a charming place to stay but it needs a lot of TLC before we’d stay there again. Also no cleaning was done on the back porch. It was full of dead bugs and spiders.

Mini vacation

We attended a conference in Franklin and stayed for 3 days. Would have loved to stay longer! The house was located in a lovely neighborhood and close to the conference. We had everything we needed.

Quiet Location, Comfortable Home

We have stayed at this location a few times with our family of 7. Each time, the house has been clean and comfortable for our short overnight stays. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Absolutely no complaints. The owners seem very kind and invested in keeping their home ready for the next family. Would highly recommend if you're in the greater Nashville area.

Fine for what we needed

My adult family stayed for a wedding we were attending. The house was very clean with plenty of linens and towels although there were no hand towels (just bath and wash cloths). They did supply large shampoo and conditioner but no soap or shower gel. There are no blow dryers for hair so be sure to bring your own. The kitchen supplies are sufficient but could use some smaller glasses for juice/cocktails and some smaller bowls other than large soup/salad bowls. There is no ice maker so if you need ice, pick some up on your way in. The house is deep into a family oriented neighborhood so we felt very safe and the town of Franklin was charming.

Super quiet neighborhood

The pictures are pretty accurate. The neighborhood was easy to access and GPS took you right to the door. Parking was great, had room for trucks and two cars in the driveway. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was nice to sit outside! Super close to downtown. Would not recommend Pucketts (I used to LOVE them) but Sals Family pizza was AMAZING! and for $5.99 they deliver to your house. Beware the pizzas and salads are HUGE!

Clean, Comfortable Home

Our stay was very short as we were headed north from being in Gulf Shores for Spring Break and needed a one night sleep. This home was beautiful and we loved the neighborhood. Quiet, peaceful, friendly. Would recommend staying here if ever making Franklin a vacation destination!

Exactly What We Needed for Christmas

Our family of mom, dad, 3.5 year old, and 2 year old twins had a great stay. The house was just what we needed for a 6 day Christmas stay to visit other family in the area. This house has all the necessary space and comforts we required. It also has a nice, warm feel.
