  • ABOUT THIS SPACE
    A Natures Getaway is nestled in the woods in a quiet setting within 4 miles of the heart of Nashville. The space is decorated cute and the space is cozy, comfy and homey. Newly renovated charming 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, Kitchenette, and an outdoor patio sitting area.
    Downtown Nashville and the Brown County Playhouse are about a 7 minute drive away while the Brown County Music Center and Hard Truth Distillery are also a short drive away.
    IT IS FOOTBALL SEASON AND WE ARE AN EASY DRIVE TO THE STADIUM
    THE SPACE
    The space is approximately 5 acres of open beautiful woods and open nature and a couple of short walking trails. There is a covered patio with comfortable seating for four. There is a kitchenettle that has the necessities for cooking a simple meal. The kitchenette is provided with a refridgerator, microwave, plates/silverware/glassware, a keurig coffee pot with pods and water, an air fryer and a toaster.
    There is a Blackstone grill, charcoal grill and a propane fireplace with seating.
    The bathroom has a bathtub with a full tile shower walls and glass doors. Shamppo/Conditioner/bodywash are provided. There is also an iron and a blow dryer provided.
    In the winter, my husband has a skid steer that he clears the snow with so winter months are accessible.
    We also have a garage for MOTORCYCLES to park in! We have also parked guests cars in the garage when we know it is going to storm!
    GUEST ACCESS
    Full access to the lower level of the house (1200 sq ft), covered patio, yard, creek and short walking trails.
    OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
    Bloomington, IU Campus, Monroe Lake, Lake Lemon are also about a 15-30 mintue drive away.
    Indianapolis International Airport is less than an hour away.
    We do have 3 beautiful German Shepherds. They are the most friendly and caring dogs and they LOVE having guests.

Everything was perfect here! From day one we called it home. The hosts had everything ready for us to check in, they were friendly beyond words and had the best FAQ sheet laid out! The place was immaculately clean. The place truly was one of the highlights of our vacation.

Our stay was awesome! Accommodations were great, Teresa and Don did a fantastic job with this cozy getaway! And both are so hospitable! We love the Nashville area, and will definitely be booking with them again in the future. Was an all around great experience. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We loved their dogs, and they were very friendly. You are staying on their property, so if you are not a dog person, this may not work for you. We had a wonderful time and would recommend.

It’s a quiet area to just relax. Property owners are very nice and friendly. And their 3 dogs are adorable. Definitely will stay again.

This place is fantastic. The hosts Don & Teresa are amazing. The place itself is so nice. The pictures are great but even better once you are there. The property is located in such a great location in the country but 5 minutes and you are in downtown Nashville or heading into brown county state park. We are already trying to find dates to come back in the fall. Thank you once again Don And Teresa for making our trip even better than we hoped for. Dave

Peaceful

Very well kept recently updated property with a lot of great outside relaxing features. The hosts are great people, and the location is close to most area attractions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice furnished, updated place with great hosts.

Don and Theresa were perfect host! There to greet us when we arrived and made sure everything was perfect. Great place to stay to be close to Nashville and the State Park. Beautiful setting in the woods.

Very clean, fresh, beautiful decor! Welcoming hosts and awesome landscaped property! We celebrated our daughter’s wedding at a nearby venue, and this home’s proximity to the location was certainly an asset. We will stay again and highly recommend!
