Summary:
BRAND NEW! This beautiful home is located in the heart of Nashville, less than a 10 minute Uber to Broadway! This area is filled with a ton of great restaurants and home to many of Nashville's recording studios. This large home offers plenty of space and LOTS of beds for your group! To top it off, this home has an amazing game room to make your trip even more enjoyable!

The Space:
Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews! Your bed options range from cozy queens and a king to foldout couches and a queen chaise sleeper.

Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, washer and dryer (including detergent), Wi-Fi, cable, and many more amenities are all provided

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Nashville getaway

Advertised as a luxury home, not a townhouse, a little misleading. Overall, a nice place to stay for our little getaway. Some areas need to have a little more attention to being cleaned. Hot tub is a nice touch. Need to mention something about all the stairs in townhome. Would have been nice to know that info for my husband. Overall a nice place to chill for a couple of days

Overall Just Okay

First the home is not brand new, it’s from 2019. Also it’s not 4 bedrooms as advertised, it has 3 bedrooms. The home is very dingy with cobwebs on every lamp fixture. As you walk up to the door there is algae on the ground from leaking gutters and garbage around. There’s scuff marks throughout the entire home and is maintained with minimal cleaning. The hand railings are loose on stairways. The bathroom drains back up and the faucet handles are loose. The outdoor furniture on the roof is all ripped up showing the fluff inside. Also there is no privacy drapes on the lower level. Overall just okay.

Great Location

Cool little area with a couple restaurants near by, as well as anchor retail across the street. Cheap Uber rides to Broadway and loved the hot tub!
