The townhome features three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a rooftop terrace, and stunning views of downtown. Situated just ten minutes from the city center, it offers convenient access to Germantown and East Nashville's finest restaurants and shops. Whether you're seeking relaxation or entertainment, this home caters to all your needs. Unwind by the fire pit under the stars, or engage in friendly competitions with your friends over a game of pool, foosball, or ping pong. It has it all!

Once booked you will receive a welcome email from the property manager, Seth. You will also receive information about things to do and places to go right before your stay. The day of, you will receive check-in/out instructions. At anytime, if there is a questions, you will have a direct communication with Seth via, phone, text or email, whichever is best for you!

The home is part of a 5 townhome community. It is located in a great neighborhood that is up and coming. There is a local brewery right down the street and a stones throw away from the best restaurants Nashville has to offer!

You will have access to free parking on the premises. Everything else is a short walk or Uber away!

October stay

Townhouse was great, plenty of room and clean. Nice decor. Comfy beds. Easy check in. Parking is limited, we had two trucks and there really is only one spot to park, we were instructed to park on the grass beside the unit. Seth responded promptly to all inquiries.

Spacious layout with large closets, plenty of bathrooms, and beautifully decorated..."playroom" a bonus and kept our young teens entertained for hours.
