This modern Nashville condo in the historic Five Points district in East Nashville (known locally as 'East Nasty') is just a 2-mile Uber or Lyft ride from the heart of downtown Nashville. The property features an open layout living area and private balconies on both floors. The artistic character of the district carries into the personality of the rental, with urban, rustic décor.

The open concept floor plan with a half bath features hardwood floors throughout. The living area has a 58' LED TV with Roku, and the kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a breakfast bar with four stools and a dining table for six. Wi-Fi is available throughout. The private full-size washer and dryer are also located on this floor. Two brand new sofa beds in the living room allow for extra sleeping accommodations.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a walk-in closet, a 50' TV with Roku, a private en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo, and also a private balcony. The second bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo, as well as a 38' TV with Roku.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location x3 Worked perfectly for everything I needed and more Easy parking to the lodging couldn’t be better, so convenient. Enjoyed area restaurants and easy drive to the Ryman theatre I’d like to know wherever there’s Vacasa places everywhere .

Listing isn't quite accurate

The house is fine and suited our needs but the listing photos are a bit off. There is no decor, rugs, or couch pillows. The furniture is quite old and looks like garage sale finds. That said the house was fine for our needs but definitely doesn't feel very homey. Just a typical industrial rental type of situation. Also there was no coffee and the coffee maker is on its last leg.

Nice place just needs some tlc

It is a nice place. However it needs a through cleaning. Baseboards are very dusty, corners on the flooring need vacuumed, throw rugs in the Master bedroom were dirty, tv in Master did not work, possibly batteries in the remote. No hand soap in the bathroom on the main floor. Admittedly, I am a neat freak so my review may be a little harsh.

Terrible experience

We had a terrible experience with this property. Upon checking in the yard had trash and beer bottles out front. The inside of the home was extremely dirty. Both bathroom showers had a ton of visible mold. One of the comforters in the bedrooms had a large brown stain on it (looked like fecal matter or blood?). All the furniture was damaged and the couch was torn. The beds are unbelievably uncomfortable and the pillows are old and awful, making getting a restful sleep impossible. Also, there is a train with a siren that runs all hours of the night right next to the home. Our family was incredibly disappointed by the state of the home and made multiple phone calls to the management company. They made no real attempt to rectify the situation or provide any solutions. They did not respond or update us on our request unless we continuously followed up with them. I would not recommend staying here considering the current condition of the property!!!

Great Getaway!

We were in Nashville visiting our son. House was inviting, well-designed, clean, and restful. Really appreciated having two bedrooms with two full shower/bath combos. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place!

We were very happy with our stay here, (2 couples). The place was very clean, lots of room, great location, used Lyft for going downtown which was so easy. Also had our truck- good parking spot, happy there was air conditioning. The only cons were the internet/wifi/tv did not work at all and we tried to contact someone and we left a message but no one returned our call :( that was frustrating .

Great up and coming neighborhood

The place was perfect for our party (4). Close enough to walk to Broadway (about 2 miles) or very easy Uber. The neighborhood has some great craft beer places and really good food options (pizza, Asian, BBQ, Sports Bar). All of which you can easily walk to. The house was very clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We'll stay there again, especially knowing more restaurants will pop up as the neighborhood grows.
