The 360-degree city view terrace playfully extends under a canopy of overhead lights and includes everything you need to make your trip unforgettable. Prosper is located just one (1) mile to Broadway/DT and borders trendy Germantown with coffee shops, creperies, parks, bars and some of the city's hottest restaurants.

The Prosper House is conveniently located two blocks from Krogers for easy supplies trips. The expansive townhome and rooftop terrace includes daybeds, a bbq, tables, lounge furniture, and a complete kitchenette with a refrigerator to make entertaining a breeze. Yoga at sunrise, an evening fire or an afternoon cookout, the possibilities for making unforgettable memories are endless. Our stay at this property was nothing short of a nightmare, and the way the owner handled the situation made everything exponentially worse. We checked in on Friday at 4 PM—six adults, each selecting a bedroom. My niece chose the lower left bunk in the bunkhouse and slept there both Friday and Saturday night. On Sunday morning, she woke up to bed bugs crawling in her bed. When we were called upstairs, we saw one so engorged with blood that when we killed it, it splattered. That is how severe this infestation was.I immediately messaged the owner on VRBO, and he called me almost right away. At his request, we sent photos—photos he immediately acknowledged showed bed bugs. My niece and another adult lifted the sheets again and found even more bed bugs. We didn’t dare check the top bunk out of fear of what else we’d find. We inspected the other beds and rooms to ensure they weren't also infested.At this point, the owner told us all six of his other properties were full. He never once offered a hotel, leaving us to choose between staying in a confirmed bed-bug–infested condo or scrambling on our own. The idea that anyone would willingly remain in an infested rental rather than move to a clean hotel is absurd.Instead of providing professional guidance or solutions, his advice—and I am not exaggerating—was that he had asked ChatGPT and it recommended washing all clothes in hot water and drying on high heat. That was the extent of the “support” offered. He told us “these things

We absolutely loved this place. It was incredibly well stocked with all the essentials: dish detergent, laundry soap, paper towels, Saran Wrap, spices, extra towels, toilet paper - everything you need was provided. The layout is awesome. We were two families with four teens between us and everyone was comfortable with tons of room to spare. Check in and out was simple and easy. Communication was excellent. We will definitely be back.

We found the house to be very clean and comfortable. The location was great as it wasn’t right on top of the busy (noisy) nightlife yet still just a quick uber to Broadway! Spacious kitchen for meals at home a several walkable restaurants. Adam was extremely helpful as our host!

Everything was smooth and easy. We used the house for a 50th birthday party weekend (girls trip). Adam was so proactive with communication and recommendations for us. We loved the cleanliness and easy parking for the house. The beds were so comfortable and having the curtains around the beds in the bunkroom was really helpful. We loved the location to be able to walk to Germantown in the morning for coffee and to jog/run stairs at the Capital Mall Park and wander the Farmer's market. The house was well stocked with utensils for cooking and drink making. The living space on the main floor was great to just hang and listen to music/talk/read books. We loved the rooftop patio in the evenings and the beautiful views from the top. Check in and out were seamless and Adam was easily accessible for questions and great recommendations. I would definitely book the property again.

We Had a Great time! Property is perfectly located to get to downtown entertainment. The building is secure, with no loud noise in the area. Perfect property for friends weekend - We had 3 couples and had plenty of room.

Excellent Stay close to downtown Nashville

The property is exactly as advised. Amazingly clean, very comfortable beds. It really was luxury, we stayed for 13 nights, it was a home away from home. All bathrooms had all you need, kitchen fully equipped with loads of cups and cutlery, and a good coffee machine. Adam was a great host and replied quickly to any message. We plan to visit Nashville again in a few years and will happily book here again if it’s available. Good notes: 2 bus from pretty much the door step to downtown, avg 8 - 15 uber depending what time. Germantown a short walk has some nice cafes and bars. Thanks for the great stay. Kerryn - Australia

Memorial Day Weekend Trip

I am always nervous in booking places without seeing how far they are from all the places we want to visit. We had a party of 7 and everyone LOVED this place. It was clean, comfortable, there was a fully stocked coffee bar, board games and the rooftop lounge area was beautiful. One of the best features of this property was it was convenient to the Gulch, Broadway, Germantown and Marathon Village. We did rent a passenger van because we figured ubering that many people for a week would probably be more expensive. Parking was easy everywhere although expect to pay more near broadway. Our host was very attentive and gave wonderful suggestions about places close to visit. Butchertown Hall was our first stop and we all agreed it was one of our favorite stops. Marathon village was also something we really enjoyed. I highly reccomend this place! Our family had a wonderful time. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Absolutely Stunning!

This three-story home in Nashville blew me away! The views are simply spectacular – you can see the city skyline from every level, and the sunsets from the top-floor balcony are just magical. Inside, everything is in pristine condition, and it’s clear the owners have lovingly maintained it. From the beautiful finishes to the open, airy feel of each floor, this home is a rare gem. If you’re looking for a place that’s both move-in ready and a total showstopper, this is it. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Girlfriends get away

My girlfriends and I had a great stay here. It is conveniently located, just a short uber ride to Broadway St. We were actually able to walk there a few times from the house. It was nice that we each had our own bathroom, making it easy to get ready without having to wait! We definitely appreciated the coffee bar and being able to grind fresh coffee beans right there! We enjoyed having a glass of wine on the rooftop as well. We had a later flight out of Nashville, and our host was kind enough to allow us to keep our luggage stored there until 3:00pm that day. Our host was very quick to respond whenever I reached out with questions. Would recommend this place to others.

Lots of room!

Beautiful place, very roomy for all of my family and friends. Had an issue with the outlets not working in the bathroom upon check in. Property manager very responsive fixing problem quickly. The walk to Broadway was a little too far along some busy streets so we had to take an Uber for every trip out. Which was kind of a bummer bc I got the impression from the listing that it was an easy short walk . Also the local grocery store was under construction so the shelves were all empty. Overall very satisfied with our stay. Thanks!

Will Stay Here Again!

Host, Adam did a great job communicating with us. The check-in process was seamless. The house is well appointed and the layout is spacious. The rooftop patio was a huge bonus. The 1.5 mile safe walk to the downtown attractions was just far enough to have some peace and tranquillity at night.

Spacious home and great host!!

Amazing townhouse!!

The townhouse was exactly as advertised. It is beautifully decorated and came with so many amenities. All we had to purchase was food and drinks. The rooftop deck is a cool bonus. The skyline of Nashville at night was beautiful. The check-in and check-out process was easy. I would definitely stay here again.
