Many things are within walking distance as we are located in a popular are in East Nashville. Both the airport & Opry are only 15 minutes away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available. Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer.

East Nashville offers a blend of historic charm and modern conveniences, making it an ideal spot for those who want to be close to it all but also enjoy a more intimate, local atmosphere. It's the place where creative energy meets urban convenience.

No car needed. You can walk to many places. Also, plenty of Ubers & Lyfts available as well.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

All animals must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $75 pet fee and do not allow animals to go on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

This is the perfect place for anyone who loves Barbie! The location was excellent! Stores everywhere and close enough to downtown to do whatever you like. The place was extra clean! Like super clean, and the host was such a gem! We’re coming back again and again and again!!!
