  • The Ultimate Nashville Airbnb Experience! Custom 4 BR/3BA 3200 square foot house only 4 miles from Downtown Nashville! This house has it ALL including a stage, gym, glam room, hot tub, game room, 2 decks, fire pit, and 9 beds! Experience Nashville's only Airbnb with a music venue! Perfect for any type of large group, the entertainment options are endless. Karaoke and guitars provided! The house is on 1 full acre and feels completely secluded but is only 4 miles from Downtown!

    The two story house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom, a bath, and the gym downstairs. Two decks provide tons of outside space, and there is ample parking. Bedroom layout is a king room, two queen/queen rooms, and a bunk room with two twin/twin adult size bunk beds.

    Pets are by request only! Please inquire with us about bringing your pet by letting us know some basic information about them. A fee of $100 per pet will be charged if your pets are allowed to stay. Evidence of unauthorized pets will cause a $300 fee to be charged.

    You will have access to the entire house, hot tub, and 2 decks.

    Although we are always available 24/7 for all your needs, we will not be present on the property during your stay.

    Uber and Lyft are readily available.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this VRBO property. The location was absolutely perfect, offering easy access to all the vibrant attractions downtown. The game room provided hours of entertainment for everyone in our group. Furthermore, the bedrooms were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after our busy days. This is a beautiful property. Everything went smoothly. Very clean and wow the basement has so much entertainment included. Our host was great. Went out of his way to make sure we had a 5 star stay. I and the rest of the group who came with us highly recommend this property.

Awesome for kids and kids at heart.

This was probably the most utilized VRBO that we have stayed in. It was close to everything and it was extremely clean.

What a gem

These place was amazing. The layout was nice and they had all the games plus cards to play. The hot tub was so nice and made the nights extra special. I definitely encourage anyone to stay there. Great job and super happy. Will want to stay there again next time we come to town.

We appreciated the space and convenient location! The downstairs area is great for kids and family fun. We also encountered several issues that impacted the quality of our stay, including:• The dishwasher was broken.• The Wi-Fi was down, so no Internet or TV. Spent time troubleshooting this.• Outdoor light bulb being out while we were grilling.• The cleaners still being on-site when we arrived at check-in time.We tried to be reasonable with the issues, asked for a small refund, and the property manager ignored me. Hopefully others experience will be better than ours.

Great time in Nashville

We had a great time at the house when it was time to relax for the night. Kitchen needs a few more items but nothing that a Walmart trip didn’t fix for us! Would LOVE to stay again. Enough space for all 10 of us.. bathrooms clean and updated .. use of washer and dryer was great too!!

Everything about the house was perfect, from the location to the airport and Broadway, to the amount of bedrooms, the size of the kitchen and eating area, the outside decks and the amount to do in the basement was all spectacular. We had so much fun.

This place is great. Lots of entertainment at the house to keep you busy during downtime. The host was awesome & ensured that we were happy. Nashville Spring break 2023

We enjoyed our stay at the Cousins BNB! Great location close to everything. 3 couples and 5 kids stayed and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer. We made the most of our trip at a concert, zip lining, hiking, axe throwing and fun walking around shopping. This house was conveniently located to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Nashville Concert Trip

Home was lovely and perfectly located between downtown and the Opryland area. Downstairs game room entertained everyone especially the virtual golf game. We will definitely rebook a stay when we are back in Nashville.

Great House, Lots of Fun

We really enjoyed our stay. We chose this house because of the great amenities pictured—ping pong table, darts, hot tub, karaoke stage. It didn’t disappoint. The kids loved it. Easy 10 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Great stay overall.

Had a great stay! Communication was great. Anything we needed they were on top of it. Close to downtown. Uber every where and it was reasonable and fast. There was plenty of room for all of us and we loved the upper and lower decks!!! Would come back there again!

Great Experience

Wonderful "home-base" during our trip to Nashville. Lots of space. Comfortable beds. Plenty of amenities. Ideal location....only 10 min Lyft ride to downtown but in a quiet neighboorhood. Great place to spend time recovering from escapades in the city. Owners very responsive. We would stay here again.

Family vacation

Great property- had tons of games for our kids to play. Location was close to Opry and downtown Nashville, but still had privacy away from the city. Only negatives were the hot tub was a little dirty, and was missing some kitchen essentials, but all in all great house for family gatherings.
