With a rooftop deck, incredible views, rooftop fire-pit & grill, this home always makes for a great Nashville vacation. In the heart of popular 12 South, the 12 S Treehouse is only 3 minutes to downtown and walkable to the best local spots.

Located in one of Nashville's top districts, this intentionally designed house is an awesome choice for any trip to Music City. It accommodates up to 12 people, has spacious rooms and gives you a home away from home vibe.

Guests have access to the entire home.

The home is in the ever popular 12 South neighborhood (less than a 5 minute walk to everything the neighborhood has to offer), 3 miles from downtown, and less than a mile from Belmont University and Vanderbilt University.

This home is being rented in its entirety for private occasions only so no one else will be in the home with you.
This is not a home to host wild parties or be outside until all hours of the night. Noise absolutely must be kept to a minimum when on the rooftop and decks. All guests are expected to respect not only the home but the neighborhood, as well.

Fabulous location. Fabulous roof top patio! Tons of space. Tons of towels. Great kitchen. We had the best time walking up and down 12 South. Def take a walking food tour to learn cool things about the area - Secret Food Tour and ask for Colleen. Such a perfect house!

Adorable!

This place was so cute! Plenty of space for my husband and I and 2 kiddos to relax and hang out. It's located 1/2 block from the edge of 12 South and so was incredibly convenient to walk and explore. We will definitely stay here again - can't wait for our next trip!

A Wonderful Ladies Weekend

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property in 12 South! We were a group of five women in our late 40s getting together for a long weekend, and this home was perfect for us. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet—ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Nashville. We loved being just steps away from great shopping and delicious restaurants, and it was a quick, easy Uber ride to the excitement of Broadway.Communication from the property management team was clear, friendly, and timely from start to finish. Access to the home was simple, and check-out was completely smooth. The only thing we might suggest is adding a bit more comfy group seating in the main living area for hanging out together —but that’s a small note in an otherwise outstanding stay.We would absolutely stay here again on a future visit to Nashville. Highly recommend!

Great property!

This property was great for our stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped (potholders would have been helpful), and it was in a great location. The only other issue is that there is one chair (which is not comfortable) and a couch in a house that can sleep 14. We loved the rooftop terrace, the size of the bedrooms, and the ease of walking to 12 South. We will definitely recommend this property to others!

Great for groups

There were 12 of us sharing this home conveniently located near 12 South. It was convenient to all things we wanted to do: Opry, Broadway, Belmont. The original listing was misleading as there are only 4 bedrooms. The host was good about accommodating our request to fix the situation. The rooms were grand , comfortable and perfect for our group. Highly recommend this property.

Great house and location!

We were a group of 7 friends and stayed for an extended weekend. The house was perfect for us. The best part is the rooftop deck and we enjoyed coffee in the mornings and dinner in the evenings on there. Would definitely recommend!

Belmont Graduation weekend

Best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! The house was so well stocked in the kitchen and the quality of the bed and linens was better than any house we’ve ever rented! Excellent location close to everything. Garage was so helpful! Roof top was a game changer to enjoy family and friends together to celebrate our graduate. We will book this house again for sure!

Great house - walkable to 12South neighborhood

This house was perfect for our group of 4 professional ladies. We all know each other well, but wanted our own BR. The house was clean, nicely decorated, welcoming. There are lots of steps, since multiple floors, and a paver walk from street that would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. We walked each morning to our conference at Belmont, as well as other direction to eat & shop at 12 South. Will book this again!

Great Location

The property is in the 12 South neighborhood and walking distance to all the great shops and places to eat. The house itself was great... plenty of room for all 9 of us to sleep and hang out. Our only suggestion would be to have more seating in the living room area - not a big deal as we just used the kitchen seat. We did not use the roof top deck very much due to the weather but it is set up nicely.

Great place!

Celebrating 50th birthdays with friends- this place was more than spacious enough for eight of us. Beds were all extremely comfortable with good linens/pillows, etc. Lots of stairs- not a problem, just an awareness. Helped us work off the great Nashville food!

Clean and well kept. Liked the bedroom layout. Worked well for our family for Belmont Graduation Celebration! Fairly well stocked kitchen. Only thing that would have made it perfect would to have had some storage containers for left overs...
