Spacious two story home with 12beds (1 king bed, 4 queen beds, 2 full size beds, 2 full size sofa beds, and 3 folding beds) and 3 1/2 bath, within walking distance to downtown Nashville. Conveniently located off the downtown I-40/65 loop directly across the road from the Nashville Farmer’s Market and the Bicentennial Mall and down the street from Nashville's Germantown neighborhood. Free parking with space to accommodate up to 4 cars.

A short 25 minute walk or 5 minutes by car to the Broadway Honkeytonks, shopping, Nissan Stadium, and the Predators Bridgestone Arena and another few steps to the Country Music Hall of Fame and brand new Music City Center.

The main level is inviting with a large well-equipped and newly renovated kitchen with formal dining area, a large living room with comfortable sectional sofa and flat screen TV, and main level bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The second level will show you all of the comforts of home as you enjoy our spacious bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. Revel in our spacious master bedroom and private deck with spectacular views of downtown.

To get downtown, you have many choices:
- Walk 2 blocks to the Music City Circuit stop (free downtown bus service from 6AM - 6PM)
- Take a 25 minute walk
- Take a $6 taxi ride
- Drive less than 2 miles

The kitchen was well stocked with items. The beds were extremely comfortable. Great location for doing things downtown. The Music City Circuit shuttle has been discontinued, but still within walking distance. A great place for 8 girlfriends to celebrate 50 years of friendship!

The house is fantastic. Its set-up to accommodate all your needs. Soap, coffee, lotions, shampoos and Don, the host, could not have been more accommodating. Since I'm almost 80 and partially disabled, the only thing I missed from home were some grab bars in the bath. Other than that, this is the ideal host and house for our 6 Senior guests. Thanks Don.
