"Arrived late.. 10:30pm went to the room which was freezing!!! Turned the a/c off and up to 75 to warm it up… went to dinner , when we came back the AC was still blasting and it was ice cold.. FREEZING!! We turned it off, turned it to 85 and still the AC was stuck at 40 degrees… at midnight went down ..."
