"We chose this hotel because it is within walking distance to the Key Bank Arena. We were in Buffalo for the Journey Concert and it was so easy to walk to and from the hotel. The hotel itself was okay - strange entrance into the building which also housed other businesses and we had to lug our suitcases down the stairs to get to the check-in desk (from the parking lot). Very plain hotel, sterile. Check-in staff was great."

"The room was clean. The staff at the reception were friendly and did all they can do to make sure that’ll your requests are attended to. The breakfast, though basic was enough to start your day on a positive note: scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, tea, coffee, fresh fruits, juices, waffles, hash browns, muffins, toasts, bagels etc. The place is walking distance to downtown & several restaurants. "The major pros : location - steps from Allentown gay village . Free outdoor parking . Charming hotel reminds me of being in an old fashioned movie. If you want modern etc don’t book here but if you’re after charm go for it. This hotel is kind of like an old apartment building but it’s a place to sleep and recoup."

"The house has "good bones" I loved the built in cabinets and overall style of the house. It has large rooms and still cozy. There is no handicapped accessibility. It is a Beautiful Old House, with servants quarters and hallways. The pleasant owner lives in those quarters and uses the rest of the house for the guests.
