  • This beautiful 3-story beach house with central air-conditioning provides the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, situated just a short walk (0.4 mile, 9 min) to Kelly Beach (private). House is located in a family friendly, low traffic neighborhood.

    The property has a large yard that is ideal for outdoor relaxation. A large deck overlooking the Wesquage Pond with a grill and outdoor seating. Water views from the west-facing deck provide perfect sunsets and promise a tranquil setting for cherished memories.

    The first-floor features twin-bunkbed and a living area with a sectional sofa. There's also a TV with Play Station for the kids, a half-bath, and a laundry area. The second, main floor encompasses an en-suite king master bedroom with TV. There's also a fully equipped, renovated kitchen, living and dining room with TV and fireplace. Living area is designed for relaxation and togetherness with a large water-facing view that allows light to pour in. The third floor has two queen bedrooms, each with TVs, and a shared full bathroom ensuring ample space for everyone's comfort.

    There's a private outdoor shower to wash away the salt and sand. All the beach essentials are ready for you - beach towels, umbrellas, beach wagon, rolling cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, and kids sand toys.

It was the best stay! Great view off the deck, it was so convenient to have beach accessories in the garage. Location was perfect for Kelly Beach, not a bad drive to Newport. Would highly recommend!

We were very impressed with the comfort, location, views and beauty of this house. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped. Our stay was during the off season so we didn’t use any of the beach gear at our disposal but we can’t imagine anything a family could want wasn’t right there in the garage. Walkable neighborhood, restaurants nearby, lovely beach close by. We loved staying here and hope to return.

Great house, amazing location! The house had everything we needed. The beach is so close and great restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to return in warmer weather and take advance of the paddle boards.

This is a great property in Bonnet Shores and very close to the beach. The view of the pond from the dining room was spectacular and we remarked on how calming it was to see it each day. The house is set up well, with a kids area downstairs which kept the noise upstairs to a minimum. The master's bedroom was beautitul and felt luxerious with it's updated bathroom and shower. The kitchen had everything you could ever need to make a complex dinner or dessert. The upstairs where I stayed was very comfortable and clean. The blackout shades are a great feature, and allowed us to sleep in.The outdoor shower is the best I've seen in Bonnet Shores. Plenty of room and very private and peaceful. The owner has many thoughtful additions to make our stay problem-free, including beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagons, kayaks and a paddleboard. We appreciated the cozy throw blankets to throw over our bodies while we stayed inside and read on a rainy day. It was a wonderful place and we'd be happy to rent there again.

Wonderful property and experience

We loved our experience here while we were in town for a wedding. Property was as described, very well appointed and in a great location. Eric was a great host, very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for something in Bonnet Shores and look forward to going back.

Perfect family getaway

Very clean, well equipped property in beautiful location. Highly recommend for family getaway. Three floors, each with its own accommodations. 2 full baths and 1 half bath plus a great outdoor shower! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Weekend

What a wonderful weekend stay! We truly enjoyed our time at this lovely home. The location was perfect with beautiful water views and a short walk to enjoy Bonnet Shores. The home was spotless with all of the thoughtful amenities to guarantee an enjoyable stay by all. The host was super responsive and the check in/out process was seamless. We are looking forward to our next return!
