The modern and complete bathroom is equipped with a practical shower box and guarantees maximum comfort at any time of the day.
Outside, the apartment surprises with a large veranda shaded by an elegant wooden porch, furnished with sofas and a small table, perfect for enjoying outdoor coffee, reading a book or spending evenings in total relaxation.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
