Luxury, refinement and lifestyle for this type 4 apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people, on the first floor of a secure luxury building with lift, in the heart of Narbonne-Plage station and facing the sea.
The 104 m² apartment has a beautiful 40m² living space opening onto a 200 m² terrace with an unobstructed and breathtaking view of the sea, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. bath and shower room.
Quality services: air conditioning, flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, bed linen, towels and beach towels.
Private and covered parking.
Rentals are by the week from Saturday to Saturday, in high season.
Possibility to rent 3 days in low season.
Mandatory exit cleaning at the rate of € 84.00
Possibility of cleaning during the stay at a rate of 125.00 euros.

A 25% deposit will be required upon booking, with rental contract, the balance upon arrival.
A security deposit in the amount of 1500.00 euros will also be requested upon arrival, by check or cash, and returned on the day of departure.
Noise pollution possible in July and August - Summer entertainment on certain evenings until midnight (fireworks, music, etc.)

Si on devait tout noter , de la situation géographique à l'agencement intérieur, en passant par les équipements proposés et la décoration raffinée , la note serait 9.9 sur dix . Petite exception pour la météo 6 sur 10 . Nul n'est parfait .... mais on était en Novembre .

Tolle Unterkunft mit leichtem Verbesserungspotenzial

Ich will mich nicht über alle Einzelheiten im Detail auslassen, denn die Fotos im Angebot sprechen für sich. Das technische Equipment ist hervorragend, die Terrasse fantastisch und die Aussicht einfach traumhaft. Die Übergabe durch Fabienne hat super funktioniert, wir konnten die Wohnung sogar einige Stunden früher übernehmen als geplant. Ein Bäcker, ein Supermarkt, Geschäfte jeglicher Art und viele Restaurants befinden sich im Umkreis von 100 Metern, es ist also für alles gesorgt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sollten aber nicht unerwähnt bleiben. In der Tiefgarage ist es elend heiß, da die ganzen Aggregate der Split-Klimaanlagen hier montiert sind. Keine Ahnung, wer sich so etwas ausdenkt. In der Wohnung wäre in puncto Reinigung noch Luft nach oben. Das Terrassenmobiliar mussten wir selbst putzen und die beiden Deckchairs waren mehr oder minder defekt, weil die Holzgestelle jeweils an einer Stelle gebrochen waren. Desweiteren waren Küchenutensilien wie z.B. der Mixer so verschmutzt, dass man dies hätte merken müssen. Auch bei Dingen wie den nicht vorhandenen Sektgläsern und Pfannenwendern könnte man noch was tun. All dies hat jedoch unseren dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt nur geringfügig beeinträchtigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Très bon séjour, bel appartement

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal, supérettes, restaurants, bars, snack, on a tout à proximité. L'appartement dispose d'une très grande terrasse et une vue incroyable sur la mer. Il est plutôt bien équipé. L'immeuble est bien sécurisé. Petit bémol, 2 chambres sur 3 n'ont pas la climatisation. Nous avons tout de même passé une agréable semaine de vacances !

Situation de rêve au 1er étage d'une petite copropriété, l'appartement bénéficie d'une terrasse privative très arborée, tel un jardin avec vue imprenable sur la mer, l'intérieur étant remarquablement meublé, équipé et décoré. Le séjour y est des plus agréables et l'envie de renouveler ces vacances est grand.

Appartement et terrasse au top

Excellent logement bien équipé, sobre et moderne, très belle terrasse très vaste sur le front de mer, vue mer et sur les concerts en soirée en été (promenade de la mer). Évidemment, le soir il peut y avoir le bruit des animations, mais c'est logique en étant au centre de la station. Pour nous c'était parfait.

APPARTEMENT SYMPATHIQUE

Je recommande vivement cette location. L'appartement est situé en plein cœur de la station. Supermarché et commerces en bas de l'immeuble. L'appartement dispose d'une terrasse à l'abri du vent splendide avec vue sur la plage. Quelques petits détails manquent pour que tout soit parfait. Une horloge dans le salon serait la bienvenue ainsi que dans les deux petites chambres, un porte papier toilette., un miroir intégral, une tv supplémentaire, plus de fourchettes, de plus petits oreillers et enfin des draps de meilleure qualité. Je précise que le canapé est top ainsi que la connexion Wi-Fi. Je reviendrai. Bien cordialement.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man sich wünscht. Wir haben einen kleine Pool für unsere Tochter mitgenommen, Wasserschlauch auf Terrasse vorhanden, somit konnten wir entspannt das Meer geniessen und sehr gemütlich Frühstücken und Abendessen. Die Promenade am Meer entlang lädt ein zum Trottinett fahren und ca. alle 30-50 Meter gibt es einen Spielplatz für Kinder. Es gibt nichts was man sich noch mer wünschen kann.

Great Apartment in Narbonne Plage

Luxury Apartment with modern furniture and equipment, huge terrase facing the sea, shutters and ac keep the place cool. In high season lots of action outside (markets, concerts) in low season - tranquility, we had the last week in August and the first week in September. Just the two bathrooms/toilet could have been cleaned a touch better to go along with this wonderful apartment.

Ein tolles Apartment, mindestes so schön wie auf dem Bildern. Fantastischer Ausblick.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang von Fabienne. Wir haben unser sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist in ausgezeichnetem Zustand, modern und komfortabel. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Sehr schöner Badeort mit wirklich guter Infrastruktur, trotzdem auch in der Hauptsaison nicht überlaufen. Einzig eine Klimaanlage in den beiden kleinen Kinderzimmern wäre wünschenswert.

Tolle Wohnung ( aber für uns im Juli zu laut)

Die Wohnung und die Terrasse sind wirklich schön. Allerdings war genau vor der Terrasse eine große Bühne aufgebaut, auf der fast täglich Konzerte oder Familienfeste stattfanden. Dadurch war es bis 24 Uhr teilweise sehr laut. Das scheint für Juli und August üblich zu sein und gehört in die Beschreibung!!!! Mit diesem Aspekt hätten wir nicht gebucht.

Wir hatten einen kompletten Stromausfall, eine kurze Whatsapp Nachricht und scho haben wir Antwort bekommen. Die Lage ist mega toll und die Agentin ist auch super und sehr zuvorkommend. Ganz tolle Ferien!

The apartment was at the heart of our fabulous holiday in Narbonne Plage

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for three generations of our family between 1 and 70 years old. Lots of space, amazing terrace, very well equipped, easy to keep clean and very comfortable. Great to be able to come off the beach and be in the flat five minutes later! Cafes, restaurants and shops easily accessed. Very secure apartment with a great view, air conditioning and private parking. Fabienne is a a very efficient and friendly host.

Wir haben die sehr gepflegte,saubere Wohnung mit super toller Terrasse sehr genossen und uns wohl gefühlt.Fabienne ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Wohnung ist sehr zweckmässig und mit Stil eingerichtet. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

c'est un magnifique appartement pour les vacances

Our recent stay was incredibly comfortable, we really enjoyed the flat. It comes as advertised. We definitely would love to be back during the Spring and Summer time. But for our purposes, we wanted a weekend away from things and we got just that. Fabienne was very patient in waiting for our arrival as we had some delays arriving. The flat was clean, internet fast, and the flat has all the appliances and items you will need. The views are spectacular from the amazingly large terrace/patio. If you have the opportunity to stay at this flat, it is certainly going to be one of the best in the area, if not the BEST. Cheers Fabienne! Merci Beaucoup!

Bel appartement, mais nuisances sonores importantes

L'appartement est vraiment de très bon standing et correspond à la description qui en est faite. Très bon accueil de Madame Faure. LE gros bémol : une scène en plein air ( pas visible sur les photos de présentation) est placée juste en face de la terrasse rendant celle-ci inutilisable la plupart des soirées (5/7 pour notre séjour) et parfois même l'après-midi pendant les essais sonores.

It's as good as it looks in the pictures!

Just back from a lovely holiday staying at this apartment. Fabienne is a good host - helpful with all questions. The flat really is gorgeous and it comes with all that you need - including hair dryer and even beach towels. The terrace is amazing - literally the biggest in town!!! We were there in June so not the high season so the road between us and the beach was quiet and there was no noise at night. The beach on the doorstep is lovely and there are a plenty of restaurants and ice cream parlours. I would have given 4.5 stars if I could as there is no air conditioning in the second and third bedrooms and they do get hot. For such a modern and well appointed apartment that was a bit of a surprise. Narbonne Plage itself is a nice little town in June although I imagine in July and August it is very different! We hired bikes for the day and also visited Carcassonne and Perpignan.
