"From the start of our stay the staff was incredible, from offering up travel tips and explaining all that the hotel has to offer. Emmanuel at reception went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. The property is beautiful and the animals of Costa Rica are your neighbors. "We stayed four days in April 2026. The property is wonderful, with an extensive beach, great pool and wonderful staff. The restaurant is very good, lots of variety and lots of food. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit and a good menu. Our room was clean and the Air Conditioning was good. The hounds are extensive, trees, shrubs and Howler monkey in the trees. Would stay there again. "

"Overall, I had a really good time. The food was actually very good compared to some of the reviews that I saw that mentioned it was mediocre. The transportation staff were top-tier and their driving abilities are unmatched. The only thing is that I did call and asked for the in room snacks to be stocked, but that was never done during my time."
