Here you will find a studio apartment with a private kitchenette, bathroom, and entrance. In the back is a wonderful lake, where you can kayak. There is a very nice outdoor deck overlooking this beautiful Lake. The blackout curtains are just perfect for a good night’s sleep.
This studio apartment is fully furnished and will sleep 2 guests very comfortably. The perfect place for leaving your cell phone and stress at home. Here you can relax with all the beauty this place has to offer. You can take out my kayaks and explore around the lake. Or just chill on the open terrace and have a BBQ.
This studio is located right in the heart of the Bayshore Drive Arts District. If you are looking for any kind of entertainment no need to look further The Bayshore Arts district offers shops, restaurants ( most of them offer live music), a bussing food truck park, a brewery and winery, an organic coffee shop with a lovely back yard, the Botanical Garden, and 3 other top-rated parks within walking distance.
1)The Pickle Ball Park here claims to be the most extensive Pickleball place in the US. With the national championship end of April.
2)Sugden Park is the largest freshwater lake in Collier County. You can (learn to) Sail and waterski here.
3)Bayview Park is the place to watch the sunset. The view over the bay with the multi-million $ homes is a favorite spot to put your boat in the water. There are restrooms and cabanas to enjoy the view and the liveliness of locals and fishermen bringing in their boats and catch.
Downtown and the beach are only a few miles away.

A nice spot that feels like you’re alone on a lake

Great place, janita came and helped me figure out the lock at 5am haha, friendly clean and quiet, the ac didn’t really work but that was our only negative, it was at 76 so it wasn’t bad though! Thanks a lot 🙏🏻

Pleasant quiet neighborhood

Great Italian restaurant close by, I highly recommend it. It made the entire choice of this stay worth it. Also, nice art gallery walking distance. And, that's about it. Stay for the serenity. But, I also must be truthful, there was noise at night from the floor above, so bring a sound machine.

Relaxing and quaint little place

This was a much needed time away. So relaxing. The bed was amazing! JanTina provided everything needed to enjoy our experience both inside and outside. Fishing, kayaks, bbq or just chilling . We will be returning soon.

Not what you would expect. Beware!!!!!!

First, we ended up not staying and still are waiting for a refund. When you pull up to the property the neighborhood is NOTHING like described. The photos are taken perfectly to deceive you. The home to the right is spray painted with graffiti. The houses are on top of each other with no privacy. Upon arrival we were given the wrong phone number to call to check in and had to wait awhile until the owner appeared. The listing claims to be pet friendly but there is no grass at all. The owner was also shocked that we arrived with a dog and told us the dog was not allowed to sleep in the bed. She said because she would have to wash everything. I said, does this mean you don’t wash everything each time a guest stays here? No response. The owner blaimed everything on me and the fact that we brought a dog. My husband and I decided this was not the place for us nor the place described on VRBO we went to a pet friendly hotel. The owner said she will only refund half the price. We are now going to have to reach out to our credit card company to dispute the charge.

Stunning location on the water, secluded spot in old Naples, perfect communication with the owner, very clean, we loved everything about our stay. We hope to visit again ASAP :)

Absolute wonderful place to stay!

My mom and I loved staying here. The bed was super comfortable. The location was great! And we loved having access to the back deck and the kayaks. We will stay here again when we come back to Naples.
