Welcome to your Paradise! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, first floor condo feels like home. Master bedroom furnished with king size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, private bath with double vanity sinks and shower. 2nd bedroom has queen size bed, flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. Full size 2nd bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. Completely furnished kitchen with NEW stainless-steel appliances. Dining room seats 6. Watch your 50" flat screen TV from the comfortable couch and chairs. Decorated to perfection! Beautiful tile floors throughout. Enjoy eating meals or relaxing on your furnished lanai which overlooks the lake and lighted fountain. Includes laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. 3 neighborhood pools! Beach towels and beach chairs provided along with 2 personal size coolers. Enjoy morning walks and meet friendly neighbors. Relax in your secure gated community. Just minutes to Vanderbilt Beach and other Naples beaches.
60 night minimum stay- from 1st of the month/HOA application fee $100.

Nice winter in Naples

My wife and I enjoyed our stay the condo at Huntington Lakes. We looked out at one of the man made lakes and enjoyed relaxing on the patio. The condo was comfortable and well equipped.

Great Location and Ease of Stay

It was in the perfect location right beside I-75 and Immokalee (The major street in North Naples). Only a 15-20 minute drive from the beach with several areas to shop and eat nearby. The community was quiet, safe, and wonderful to enjoy a walk around. I would highly recommend this location and unit for those looking for a 2 bedroom condo with everything you need.

Very nice place, extended my stay.

Very nice, well appointed appartment. Kitchen appliances are new, kitchen is very nicely stocked with silverware, dishes, etc. Nice lay out. TVs, internet, all worked very well. Excellent parking. Owners good to work with.

Great location and hosts.

Host was very responsive and helpful as needed. Great location! Quiet neighborhood, not far from the beaches or Naples downtown, and extremely close to many stores. Stayed here for a little over 3 months and enjoyed the community and pools. Home was well prepared for our visit including kitchen items, beach items, and anything you’d expect for a vacation home. Again, great hosts and location, would recommend to a friend.

Wonderful time

This Condo is a great Place to stay. The condo association has so much going on. Has a very nice clubhouse and three swimming pools very friendly people. You couldn’t ask for a better owner to work with. We have stayed here two times before. Always very friendly neighbors.

Overall a great place to stay. Easy to get to, convenient location near I-75. Condo is clean, well appointed and had everything that my wife and I needed for the week. Only downfall to the property is that there is really nothing within walking distance. That is simply a personal preference of ours, but you can't really walk to get ice cream, the beach, local shops or anything, but that did not hinder our time there and I could see that by the Google maps prior to renting. With 2-3 days left of our stay our key fobs quit working. (these are required to access the pools, the clubhouse, workout center, etc.). We thought maybe the batteries died or something and checked with the front office. We were informed that we should not be doing short term rentals here and the association requires a 60 day minimum rental, and that Elliott and Connie had been doing this for some time against the association's contract. I contacted Elliot, he worked with us on this and gave us a partial refund. Overall the owners were great to work with, but not being able to use the amenities the last few days was rather disappointing and we simply booked on VRBO, we were not aware that doing so would be against the complex's policies.

Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo in a great community. Close to highway for easy travel and not to far from the beach (15 min drive). Loved the pools and all the people we met there were very friendly. Hoping to stay here again!

Best Condo

Enjoyed location & all the amenities, ie pool & golfing at public courses off premises but nearby. Kitchen was very nice for cooking. Refrigerator & freezer large. Great pantry. Master bedroom was very nice. Bed comfortable & bath beautiful. Layout very nice. Easy to get in & out. Lots of stores nearby for groceries etc. This is our 2nd time for staying here.

Best Condo Ever

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and it’s in a great location. Easy to come & go. Close to 75. Close to Walmart, Sam’s Club and Publix. Condo owner was very helpful.

The owners were very accommodating and helpful! The condo is GORGEOUS pictures do not do justice! They have everything you need there from cooking utensils to towels for the beach! Very close to stores and tons of beaches! Highly recommend :)

Enjoyable stay

Condo was as described - clean, comfortable, quiet. Functional kitchen - we cooked a lot. Small lanai was enjoyable to sit on for morning coffee. Conveniently located near Naples activities. Community pool was large and fun to use. The owner was responsive. We had things that needed maintenance during our stay (bathtub and internet connection) and he worked to address our concerns.
