Summary:
This is unit F-237. The condo features in-unit laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, and a scenic screened lanai with lake views. We are located in a 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, FL very close to downtown and within a short drive of 9 miles of beaches! Our on site amenities include a heated pool, a restaurant serving lunch and dinner equipped with a full bar, a BBQ deck with a Gazebo, and tennis and pickleball courts.
The Space:
Welcome to our second floor deluxe condo located in the "F" building in Park Shore Resort. This condo has been recently completely renovated and it has a laundry room with a washer and dryer in it, a luxury in Park Shore Resort as many units do not have them!
The accommodations in our condo include a King bed in the main bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a pull out sofa in the family room. Being a deluxe unit, the bedrooms and bathrooms are split and are on opposite sides of the condo. Take a look at the floor plan in the photo carousel.
The main bedroom has views to the center of Park Shore Resort and it has French Doors to the screened and covered lanai. There is a TV as well as a dresser, a desk with a chair, and the closet contains a pack n play, a safe and a iron and ironing board. The attached en suite bathroom has a large mirror and counter on a floating vanity, and a shower and tub combo.
The second bedroom contains 2 twin beds and has a sliding door out to the lanai. This room also has a TV, a night stand in a nautical theme. The second bathroom contains a single vanity, and a water closet with the toilet and a shower with a luxurious glass enclosure. The laundry room is also integrated into this bathroom and doors can be closed to both the bathroom and laundry room for privacy and quiet.
The family room, kitchen and dining spaces are all interconnected and focus on the beautiful view outdoors to the lake and pedestrian bridge just outside. The family room has a pull out sofa which sleeps 2 as well as a sitting chair and coffee table. The dining set seats 3 and there are 3 additional stools at the kitchen counter for additional indoor dining space.
The kitchen is very well appointed with quartz counters, a package of stainless steel appliances, down lighting and subway tile. There is a window that looks out to the outside corridor. Take a look at the floor plan included in the photo carousel. he owner of this condo also owns unit #234 and can be booked together or separately with this condo.
There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed per reservation. Occupancy is strictly enforced.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

Centrally located yet secluded on lush, private grounds, Park Shore Resort is the ideal Naples, Florida vacation spot for relaxation and comfort. The resort is walkable to some local shopping, dining and multiple grocery stores and about a 12 minute drive (4.4 miles) to downtown Naples. Horizon Way (1.8 Miles) and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach (2.0 miles) accesses are the closest beaches to the resort. Another favorite spot is Venetian Village (1.2 miles) with waterside shopping and dining. Waterside Shops (0.9 miles) is a luxury shopping mall just a few miles away and you can enjoy nightlife or a movie at The Mercato (3.9 miles) or the Pavilion (3.7 miles)

This condo and the on site rental program is managed by SW Florida-based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a staff member available at the front desk from 7AM until 10PM as well as a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all your needs while you are staying in this property.
Park Shore Resort is 30 miles from RSW - Fort Myers International Airport and the closest exit to I-75 is Exit #107 - Pine Ridge Road.
